Tattoo Artist Accused Of Sexual Assault:
New twist on an old theme…
North Richland Hills police say they’re searching for more victims of a tattoo parlor worker accused of sexually assaulting two of his customers at a tattoo parlor.
The suspect’s coworkers say the man used the internet extensively to communicate with potential customers and may have contacted his victim’s online. The use of internet chat rooms and blogs by internet predators has prompted a national public service campaign to be aired online at MySpace.com’s popular site.
Police say Chapman Swindell lured two women into the back of a North Richland Hills tattoo parlor. Then, they say, he sexually assaulted them. Coworkers say Swindell was very active online. He used his MySpace.com account. Swindell’s coworkers say he may have used the site not just to drum up business, but look for his victims.

i heard he passed three lie detector test and that the 2 girls are getting in trouble for false accusations or what ever they call it

I work at a sex shop and just resently found that this guy who is trying to be friends with me has raped women by offering free tattoos. He comes in my shop all the time and he is always asking me when I am going to take the offer of a free tattoo and said that i should stop by his place. He has asked if I have a myspace account and has tried to get my number and give me his on several occasions. Also he raped a girl who used to work at my shop by inviting her to get a tattoo. She got her tattoo but she also got something she wasn’t asking for. He hits on me right infront of his girlfriend and always hangs around for awhile. So what do you think about that now. I just found this out tonight after he came in and I am freaked out. So now I am going to be extra careful. Alot of girls lie but I don’t think this is one of those situations

I know Chapman and have since he was a kid. I have not had contact with him in sometime. However I saw this on the news last year and wondered how this could have happened. he was a good kid when i knew him. I too have heard that the accusations have since been retracted. But whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty. I too have been raped, not by him, but that person was let go due to insufficient evidence so I can empathise with anyone that has had this happen to them. I also can see it from a different perspective, sometimes you do get yourself involved in something and when you regret that decision you cry wolf. And that is not cool. If he did any of what he is accused of I do hope he is punished, no one should get away with a crime. And a note to Robert, I am sorry for your sister if this did happen, but if you do what you are wanting to, then it will be you going to jail. Silly to fight a crime with another crime.. let the law do its job.
