Some more crack reporting…
The Internet can offer troubling insight into alcohol use by KELOLAND teenagers. We logged onto the popular website “MySpace.com” to to find out what Sioux Falls teens are writing about alcohol’s influence on their lives.
Many teenagers who have accounts with MySpace.com include surveys that not only ask if they ever drank, but also if they’ve ever been drunk. Many of them responded “yes,” to both questions. We found a Sioux Falls students as young as 16 who admitted to drinking.
An 18-year-old Sioux Falls woman wrote her interests include “sleeping, eating and…. laying in the sun sippin’ on some rum.”
Another 18-year-old Sioux Falls woman had an email from a friend that reads, “please tell me I was wasted because I’ve been dreaming about being wasted all week, but then again, I’m drinking a beer right now so it really doesn’t make sense.”
Friends of a 19-year-old Sioux Falls man emailed “let’s party again soon…” and “… so you went to the bars, huh?”
Another teen on MySpace.com wrote, “Now I know why my medications say don’t drink with alcohol, never doin’ that again.”

And by crack reporting I mean the reporter must be on crack.
