MO. teen brags about assault on Xanga
Teen who boasted of attack is charged:
An Excelsior Springs teenager who allegedly attacked a classmate and then bragged about it on a Web site now faces charges.
Anna V. Aldana, 17, is charged with assault while on school property. Aldana is accused of attacking a 17-year-old classmate May 8 in a hallway at Excelsior Springs High School.
Police gave this account:
Aldana approached the victim and punched her, knocking her to the floor. Then Aldana sat on her and continued to punch and strike her.
A teacher pulled Aldana off the victim. Aldana then kicked the victim twice in the head before the teacher was able to separate them. The victim, who suffered a head fracture, multiple bruises and several cuts, was treated at Liberty Hospital.
Aldana fled the school. Authorities later learned that Aldana mentioned the attack on her page on the Xanga Web site, police said.
And as you can guess we have another recipient of the Red Forman Dumbass award.
