MISSING: Jheni San Andres
MySpace profile sheds light on 13 year old girl’s disappearance:
A 13-year-old Las Vegas girl has gone missing…
A local family is desperately trying to find their missing daughter; she hasn’t been seen since Monday night. The only clues to what may have happened are on her page on MySpace.com. After seeing what the girl posted, her parents don’t think she’s alone.
The girl’s father says he didn’t even know that his daughter had a MySpace account and when he saw provocative pictures of his little girl online, he wasn’t sure what to think. But he says he believes one of the men on her page could be the reason she disappeared.
Jose San Andres has been passing out flyers all day; his 13 year old daughter Jheni has been missing since Monday
“My daughter - around 5:30 or 6:00 - -called me on my cell phone to find out what time I was going to be home.”
When he and his wife pulled up to their house Monday night, they found the garage door wide open and their rental car was gone.
“She left her money on the bed. She left her clothes - everything in the room. So, there’s no sign of struggle.”
But Jose says he could ‘feel’ that something just wasn’t right.
“The stool over by the counter is actually facing the door. And she hates that chair. She doesn’t like sitting on that chair so I know there must be somebody here.”
That’s when he says he called police and after filing a report, the officer asked him if his daughter was on MySpace.
To this dad’s surprise, his teenage daughter is listed as a 53 year old woman on MySpace, but the story gets even more disturbing. Thirteen year old Jheni San Andres has posted provocative pictures on her page, and where her friends are listed are pictures, names and ages of grown men, some of them over 20 years old
“I don’t want to think about the worst because it makes me sick to my stomach and I’m getting very upset. I know she made the wrong decision by taking the car, but it’s okay. We can move on from there.”
Jheni’s family is asking anyone with information to call police at 229-LOST.
Jheni’s father says he can’t understand why she would run away from home. He says she’s supposed to graduate from junior high school next week.

i hope she’s found safe, and soon. sounds like she left voluntarily, but we all know how quickly that can turn bad.
