No Charge In MySpace.com Rape Allegation:

EVERETT, Wash. — Snohomish County prosecutors have decided not to charge a man who was accused of raping a Mountlake Terrace woman he met on the MySpace Web site.
The 24-year-old woman told investigators he forced sex on her May 30th when she invited him to her home.
Thirty-one-year-old Jonathan Reese of Issaquah was tracked down through the Web page last month, arrested and jailed for a time. He says they had consensual sex.
Prosecutors say they had questions about the woman’s version of events and the second-degree rape charge was dropped.
