Wayland - A Wayland teenager accused of taking a picture of his underage friends having sex and putting the photo on-line has plead guilty.
Ryan Zylstra, 18, of Wayland, pleaded to a lesser charge Friday in an Allegan County Court.
Police say Zylstra took the picture at his house on New Year’s Eve and then posted it on xanga.com.
He faces up to 5 years in prison when he’s sentenced next month.
Before everyone complains about the “harsh” sentence he may receive remember since the subjects were underage it’s still considered child porn. Not only that but remember that the girl in the pictures was so distraught she tried to commit suicide.

I don’t know who I’m more angry at…..his parents or the school, who knew about the photos but didn’t even bother to call police!

The kids go to my school….the gril tried to kill her self 3 other times before she is nuts and does stuff like that for attation iv seen the pics as well it didnt show anything not even her face….the boyfriend had the biggest grinn on his face…i think it was set up with him as well..
