MCS in the Houston Press

by Trench Reynolds on August 6th, 2006

Body likely that of man sought in quad killings:
MCS got a mention in today’s Houston Chronicle abut Christopher Snider’s body being found. We got the mention because we posted a link to a mirror of Snider’s MySpace.

I’d like to thank the Chronicle for the mention but I can’t take credit for the mirror.

That would belong to Mr. A who runs The Dead Kids of MySpace. He was the one who found it and hosted it so he’s the one who should be getting all the credit.

From the article: “A family member called him the afternoon of July 20 to tell him that a warrant had been issued for his arrest.”
This would have been the time for the family to NOT tell Snider about the warrant, but to call the authorities and tell them where to pick him up, so no harm would come to their little bi-polar, suicidal, innocent angel.
I suspect the conversation went something like this:
    “Chris?”
    “Yessim!”
“Chris, my sweet little angelic cherub, them mean ol’ devil people put out a paper asayin’ you’re a killer.”
    “Hello?”
    “Helloooooo!?”

My condolences to the families of the four victims of this senseless crime. Death is not an eternal situation, only a temporary seperation. Rest assured, you will see your loved ones again.
This really is a tragic story. It happened right after moving back to Houston, after working ten years in…..you guessed it…..Greenville,SC.

actually “wayne”. . .it went a little something like this. . .”chris, why are homicide cops looking for you?” ”
    what are you talking about?”
    “did you kill someone?”
“NO! are you joking with me?”
“why would i joke about that?”

good try though “wayne”. we don’t think he’s a cherub. . .this is news to us too. try and keep that in mind. i called him, but you already knew that didn’t you?

Thank you Wayne. I know the separation is only temporary, but the pain and broken heart is permanent. I am certain I will be in my brother’s presence again.
