Zango still at it
Let’s have a Myspace Zango Party!:
Vital Security says that spyware company Zango is still up to its same old tricks on MySpace…
There shines a shiny demon…in the middle….of a Myspace page…
…and his name is Colin Farrell! As you can see, he’s lolling in his little cotton socks and making a humorous hand gesture on some lucky soul’s Myspace profile.
At the bottom there, there’s an enticing ad for a Bingo game - courtesy of Zango, embedded in the page.
Relax, take a deep breath and…
Yay! More Zango! This time, a popup launched directly from the profile page. I don’t know about you, but this whole “Myspace user profiles not profiting from Zango anymore” thing doesn’t seem to be particularly watertight at the moment…
This is why I use Opera. When I surf MySpace with Opera I turn Flash off and it’s pop-up blocker has a “zero tolerance” setting for pop-ups.
