  Is it entirely possible that it was consensual sex that, after waking up, she began to realize the guilt she felt and took the retribution to the limit? There was NO trace of drugs in her system, They woke up the next morning and then he drove her back to her car….could have called a taxi maybe? Could have just left and called a friend to pick her up maybe? Be very careful what you read…it is always slanted. Given a reporters desire to make it to the front page, it is then no wonder that they will “spice up” a story to make it interesting. By the way, they found 2 other women that met up with him….nothing occured, they just didn’t click. But this then turns into “suspicion” that he was always willing to go and get their drinks….could it be that he was just trying to be nice?? Naaahh…not juicy enough….musta put somethin’ in ‘em!! Yeeaaa…that’ll get people to read it!! What a load of big ol’ smelly cow poo -

  Is it possible that maybe she told him before they even met up for drinks that she was only interested in friendship and wasn’t into one-night stands? Is it possible that not only did she specify that their meeting was not a date, but that she recently moved back to the area and didn’t have many friends. Because of this, that’s all she was looking for was friends and good company? Not only that, but when they were out at the bar, she encoraged him to go and meet other girls to remind him once again that they were not out on a “date”, but that all she wanted from him was friendship. Even when she danced with him, her dancing with him suddenly made him think this was an invitation to kiss her after which he tried, but she refused his advances and once again reminded him that she wasn’t interested in that! Maybe he didn’t put something in her drink……but so what? I mean, whether he used a date-rape drug or alchohol, what’s the difference??? The agenda he had was the same. He was hoping he could get lucky that night and take advantage of a severely intoxicated woman. When a person becomes highly intoxicated, their ability to even give consent becomes interrupted. Okay, maybe he put her in his bed, took off her clothes, and tried doing stuff with her. Maybe she did respond at first, thinking she was dreaming and not even realizing it was real, then all of a sudden when she realized that he wanted to have sex with her, she said, ” this is not right, please don’t do that”, and she repeated it over and over while trying to squirm away from him, yet he insisted and persisted to put himself in her body. Because of her insistence, he apparently never climaxed accorrding to him. He had no choice because she clearly did not want that and she would not stop telling him no, or squirming away. Then maybe the the shock set in that morning. Could it be that in the morning she was still so out of it and so in shock of what had happened that all she wanted to do was to pass out and get home. Maybe she wanted to try and block it out of her mind and not think about the fact that someone put his penis inside her even after she said she did not want him too.
  Here’s another fact: she was on the second day of her period and he was the one that pulled her tampon out of her while she was still laying there semi-coma tose. Now, what woman in their right mind would want to have sex with someone they just met while on the second day of their period? and to top that all off……..without a condom??? C’mon man, i am so sick of people getting away with this type of shit!! It’s just not right. I mean how can one justify that taking advantage of someone when they are intoxicated should be tolerated?? Intoxication alters the mind’s ability to think cognitively and make rational decisions, yet the body still responds to stimuli. Someone could be so out of it to the point that they don’t even know that they are physically responding to being touched because if they were in the right state of mind, it would not be happening at all. Intoxication brings out the vulnerability in people. The emotions, and physical reactions are even more heightened in this alchoholic induced state. So, all i am saying is, think about what i just said and realize that it doesn’t matter whether she was drugged or not, the point is………she was violated. This woman realizes that these allegations have already effected this man’s life and she had no motive to ruin his life or falsely accuse him just for the hell of it. She is a warm, caring and loving woman that wishes this never happened in the first place and if she could go back and never have met up with him, she would do it in a heartbeat.
