ALLEGAN, Mich. — A teenager was sentenced Friday to two years of probation and 120 hours of community service after posting a sexually explicit photo of two other teens on a popular Web site.
Ryan Zylstra was sentenced in Allegan County Circuit Court. He was 17 years old when he was arrested Feb. 23 but is now 18.
Authorities said the photo, posted on the Internet journal site Xanga, depicted a 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl engaged in sexual activity at a New Year’s Eve party at Zylstra’s home near Wayland.
Zylstra was originally charged with producing child sexually abusive material and other crimes. He agreed to plead guilty in July to a reduced charge involving improper surveillance.

wow. a girl less than a year younger than a guy willingly has her pics taken doing sexual things and because he posts it he gets in trouble. What about her being a dirty slut? its funny how everyone always labels guys like this “sexual predators” and says how they are a “danger to society” and label the under age girls as “victims” and say “they didnt know any better” why dont they use their energy for REAL crimes, like MURDER and FORCIBLE RAPE. what a waste. “sexual predators” are mostly people having consensual sex with people a few years apart. Theres only a select few real forcible rapists out there though. its all a scam and a business. a way for the government to make money. “you had sex with a girl under 17 therefore you are a sexual predator and a danger to society and should be hung” “it doesnt matter if she was 16 and said she was 17 and showed you her license, thats no excuse, you should have ESP and you should know” too bad the government is too stupid to make different laws for CONSENSUAL SEX BETWEEN A GUY 17 Y/O AND A GIRL 16 Y/O & A 50 YEAR OLD MAN WHO FORCIBLY TIES UP, GAGS, BLINDFOLDS AND RAPES A 5 YEAR OLD! ITS CONSIDERED THE SAME CRIME IN NEW YORK! WOW. THE GOVERNMENT ARE IDIOTS

Yeah, um I’m the girl there talking about here and the true story about this is that my boyfriend and I were in a LOCKED room and the boy who was hosting the party got the key, came in, took a picture, and ran after. My boyfriend and I told him afterwards to delete the picture from the camera because we didn’ t think it was funny. He said he deleted it and the following monday at school I was told that it was on his website. That week friday the principal called me and my boyfriend into his office and told us that some parent brought the photo to the principal because they found it online, they said they would need to notifiy our parents. They picture were never passed around and i never tried to commit suicide before this. After the media got a hold of this and people were telloing rumors that I told them to put it on, yeah i’m pretty sure you wouldn’t wanna live if the press was following you around and people were saying AWFUL things about you that weren’t true!!!!!

Ryan is the sweetest guy i know and she would give his shirt off his back to a stranger if they needed it. I was a good friend of his in school and have been to his house MANY times and the room in question does not have a lock on it. Ana, being a drunk, suicidal person that she was (and maybe still is) was about to have sex with her boyfriend at the time while the door was wide open. Also, the boyfriend after the picture was took told ryan “thats sweet” ana, i also find it funny how u say u didnt know it was on line when i was right by ryan when u came up and said “i heard it was on line, haha can u take it down when u get home?” and ryan did take it home…
also, u can not see ur face in the pic, u have underwear on and ur lame boyfriend is looking right back at the camera with a big big smile!

Hey Ana, this is ryan’s brother and I just hope you enjoy being a loser, waste of space for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. You will never amount to anything and I hope karma comes back on to you hard after what you put my family through. I hope your strong in your faith because GOD sees all and you will have fun explaining that. I agree fully with Jess your are the SCUM OF THE EARTH!
