K Reports II
K brings us some more criminals with MySpace connections.
First up we have Joshua Bertoncello. A 21-year-old grocery clerk from Slippery Rock, PA who basically embezzled $40,000 from the grocery chain he worked for. The money was for charges he ran up on his mother’s credit card.
Then we have the Michael Tobias and Christopher Portka. A UC Berekely student and graduate who were arrested for pot brownies and cookies that sent 13 people to the hospital.
All MySpaces mentioned have been set to private for some reason. I wonder why. Not really.

Did you mean that pot cookies *sent* people to the hospital? Your kidding me right? When has pot ever called for a visit to the local ER? Give me one solid case where mary jane has hurt anyone.

Jessica means ingesting it, rocket scientist. Should we outlaw gas stoves, shingle roofs, electricity, christmas trees, etc? They have all been responsible for killing firemen.

Yeah but gas stoves, shingle roofs, electricity, christmas trees, are *legal* . When two firemen die because of the commisiion of a crime like *illegal* marijuana growing then that’s known as manslaughter.
