Man posts bond in MySpace rape case:
I originally posted about alleged date rapist Jason Tucker here and here. Well, he’s out on bond…
PONTIAC — A Rochester Hills real estate agent accused of raping a woman he met on MySpace.com has been released from jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
Jason Calvin Tucker, 35, appeared in Oakland Circuit Court on Tuesday for his arraignment on three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
On Friday, Oakland Circuit Judge Rae Lee Chabot reduced Tucker’s bond from $100,000 to $10,000 and removed his tether but ordered him not to use a computer or visit bars as a condition of his release.
It will be interesting to see if those orders are followed.
On one of the previous entries I did about Tucker a Tucker supporter asked if this was date rape why were no drugs found in the victim’s system. Well, here’s the answer for you Sunshine…
Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said there is no evidence that the woman was drugged because such substances disappear from the blood stream quickly.
Tucker’s next court appearance is scheduled for October 10th.
