K brings us some more criminals with MySpaces.
Erie Police Make Arrest in Burhenn Pharmacy Robbery:

Erie Police have hit pay dirt in the investigation into who robbed an eastside pharmacy last week and terrorized the store manager. They’ve charged one person, and are in the process Monday night of charging a second person. In custody: 19-year-old Timothy Blackhurst of the 4300 block of East South Shore Drive in Harborcreek. Police say they received a tip which led them to search two homes–the Harborcreek address, and a house in Millcreek. Investigators say at those locations, they recovered nearly 4,800 pills–all narcotics like percocet and oxycodone. Blackhurst faces ten charges–including burglary, theft, simple assault–from wrapping up the store manager with duct tape–and several drug charges.

And thanks to K we have Blackhurst’s MySpace.

I find much humor in the fact that his username is “strivingforgreatness”. I wonder if he’ll change to “strivingforrehab”.

Second arrest made for church fire:

Another arrest has been made for the fire that destroyed a church in the North Country in May.

Twenty-year-year old Caleb Uriah Lussier of Massachusetts is charged with burglary and arson for the fire at the Christ Church of Pottersville.

Lussier admitted that he burglarized the church on two separate occasions, vandalized the interior of the church and stole some items. He also told investigators that he used gasoline to set the church on fire.

A 15-year-old boy from Chester was arrested in connection with the fire in June.

Lussier is being held in the Warren County Jail without bail.

And thanks to K we have Lussier’s MySpace. Kind of ironic that he has a cross in his profile

Charges filed in Wal-Mart gunfire:

State police at Greensburg have issued a warrant for a man accused of firing a shot in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart in Summit Ridge Plaza in East Huntingdon Township.

The incident occurred about 4:15 p.m. Monday.

According to police, Nicholas Sarver, 23, and Jonathan Carnes, 22, were to meet in the parking lot to fight. The two allegedly were fighting over a woman.

Police said Carnes arrived in a vehicle driven Denise Downs, 18, and occupied by a male juvenile.

Upon arrival, Carnes spotted Sarver in his vehicle, police said. As their vehicle passed by Sarver, they allegedly observed Sarver with a long gun.

Police said the vehicle with Downs, Carnes and the juvenile attempted to flee, and Sarver fired a shotgun round at the fleeing vehicle, striking it. The occupants of the vehicle were not injured and continued to flee, police said.

Police have filed charges in the incident they are calling an attempted criminal homicide.

An arrest warrant was issued for Sarver. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact state police at 724-832-3288.

K doesn’t Have Sarver’s whereabouts but does have his MySpace.
