Police: Trio Accused Of Sex With Minor:
MIAMI — A high school football star, a 16-year-old and a 23-year-old man are under arrest after a sexual encounter with a minor, police said.
Antwain Easterling, 19, who is a senior at Miami Northwestern High School, and Jefferson Shannon, 23, were charged with lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor Thursday afternoon, along with a 16-year-old who will not be named because of his age.
Police said three had consensual sex with a 16-year-old girl who is a student at Miami Northwestern. A source told Local 10 that the three males were arrested after the girl’s mother filed a complaint, but police have not confirmed that.
Police said that Easterling, Shannon and the 16-year-old admitted having sex with the girl. Police arrested them and they were booked into the jail because sex with a minor, even with consent, is against the law.

Easterling has received offers from colleges all over the country including the University of Miami and University of Florida. His arrest comes just days before Miami Northwestern plays in the state championship game.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the school allows him to play in “the big game”.
Anyway thanks to K we have Easterling’s MySpace. In typical fashion all his friends are saying he was set up even though he allegedly admitted to it.
And I thought Texas was the only place where high school football thought it was above the law.

I was curious how he could have consenual sex with a girl under the age of legal consent in Florida.
The schools website discusses uniforms.pointing out “Students must be in the official school uniform everyday”.
Guess it doesn’t apply to football stars and under aged girls.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, she was 14 …not 16-years old which is why the comment about being under age.

I go to the school that Northwestern played against in the state game. From what I heard, not only did they allow him to play, but the county posted his bail. They used taxpayer’s dollars to allow a rapist to play in a football game.
Again, according to uncomfirmed fact, I hear if he gets convicted, our school gets the trophy from them.
The world isn’t COMPLETELY without justice.

You know what is funny, if you read the myspace page, all the friends are saying it is the girls fault. According to the story the parents went to the police and not the girl. Also, the comments on the page are disturbing (if you can descipher what they are saying). All of these threats towards the girl should be investigated and all of his little friends should be jailed also. Im glad to see that there are so many good souls left on this earth.

the most disgusting thing about this is all the comments of support from the females on his page. a 14 year old girl was manipulated and taken advantage of by men far older than her, and somehow these young ladies are so involved in their high school lives- state championships, cute football stars, ooo boys!- that they can’t see outside of that to realize that this man, no, boy, that they are praising and supporting is no more than a rapist? i guess it takes a level of maturity to genuinely not care what others think of you and to form your own opinion, so to be the one standing out and showing support for the real victim would be the true courageous thing to do and that’s out of the question. im disgusted perhaps more by those supporting this rapist than by him.

Doesn’t matter if she was putting out or w/e, statutory is statutory, and “Twain” should’ve been smart enough to know that…even if she consented, having sex w/a minor is statutory rape, so he deserves w/e he gets…this should serve as a warning to older guys looking to score w/underage girls.

Tonya is a real charmer. How and where did she learn to articulate like that. He confessed to a crime, he’s guilty, and any coach, parent, relative, or friend who could say he should play in football game is trash. Read a book, learn to spell, and get some class, morals, and a life
