Manassas City Fire Marshal Faces Sex Charges:
Richard Hill is a 45-year-old fire marshal from Manassas, Virginia. He took out an ad on craigslist looking for a girl to come to Virginia to perform a sex show while a customer watches. Who answers that ad? A 16-year-old girl. Then Hill advertises on his MySpace that for $300 you could see a live sex show. Who answers that ad? The FBI of course.
According to court documents, Hill showed up in his city-issued emergency vehicle at a motel in Manassas City on Dec. 14 and a 16-year-old high school student was with him.
The documents stated the FBI agent got a room, called Hill on his cell phone, Hill and the teenager entered the room and after a $250 fee was agreed upon and money was exchanged, officers entered the room and placed Hill under arrest.
He is charged with transportation of a minor for the purpose of prostitution.
Hill is using the “She said she was 18″ defense.
I was unable to find a MySpace for Hill.

it is sad that richard hill’s irresponsible behavior has left an innocent wife and daughters to deal with the aftermath. he should be ashamed of himself and the pain he is causing others. not to even mention the misuse of county property… ugh

I meant to comment on here a long time ago. I was best friends with one of his daughters too. This is terrible. I’m glad that the family has been able to stay in the community and remain in the same schools. No family deserves to go through this.
