Change of venue sought in Underwood trial
Underwood Attorneys Seek To Move Trial:
Attorneys for accused killer and cannibal Kevin Ray Underwood are trying to get the venue of his trial changed. For those of you just joining us Underwood is accused of killing 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin, sexually assaulted her postmortem, and had plans on eating her flesh. Underwood’s lawyer wants the venue changed due to all the pre-trail publicity that has surrounded the case. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
The reason I post about it her at MCS is because while authorities were searching for Bolin, Underwood was nonchalantly blogging about an unrelated subject after he already allegedly killed her.
