Long Island fight girls arrested

3 Female Teens Charged After Video of Them Beating 13-Year-Old Girl Surfaces:
The three Long Island girls who taped and posted a video on the internet of them beating a 13-year-old girl have been suspended from school and have been arrested. The three students of North Babylon High School posted the video of the December assault on YouTube. They’ve been charged with juvenile delinquency with an underlying charge of attempted assault in the third degree. Previously the parents of the victim did not want to press charges.

I’m curious to know where the parents were when the girls were uploading this video.

It’s just another chapter in a continuing trend of teenage kids taping assaults and fights and posting them on MySpace or YouTube.
