Sex offender gets probation revoked
Additional charge in MySpace court case:
This is a case out of West Virginia and Ohio that I don’t think I profiled before. If I did I couldn’t find it in the vast MCS archives. Anyway the subject in question is one Joshua L. Carroll, 21, who was previously convicted on a sex offense. On his original offense he traveled to Ohio form Parkersburg, West Virginia to the house of a 15-year-old girl where the visit turned sexual. The girl’s father caught them and kicked Carroll out of the house. The father called police and police, along with the girl, set up a sting to catch Carroll. He was convicted of the charges in Ohio. In West Virginia he pleaded guilty to unlawful entry for a 2003 burglary that him and a co-defendant were indicted for. Since he was convicted of the Ohio offense his West Virgina probation could more than likely be revoked. He’s looking at 10 years on the West Virgina charge.
I did find a MySpace that but since it’s bare bones I can’t confirm that it’s his.
