Teacher sued about lawsuit
Lawsuits Filed After Students Create Fake MySpace Page About Assistant Principal:
Back in September I posted about Assistant Principal Anna Draker of Clark High School in San Antonio, Texas. She sued not only the students bit also the parents of the students who made a fake MySpace of her. According to the first article the MySpace contained lewd, defamatory and obscene comments, pictures and graphics, according to the suit. Ms. Draker is back in the news from the parents reaction. Did the parents offer an apology? Did they offer some kind of restitution? Did they admit that their kids were on the internet unattended? Nope, they’re suing another teacher for telling Ms. Draker about the MySpace in question. I think I speak for most logical thinking people when I say “Huh?”
Let me address the parents directly. It was your kids who made the MySpace in the first place. Think about it. If your kids didn’t make the MySpace you wouldn’t be sued now would you?
If this case even sniffs a courtroom it will be a travesty.

Hey trench, just saw on the news that the case was dismissed. I can’t believe they thought they had a case. I thought lawyers were supposed to be educated.
