Canadian students expelled for cyberbullying
Students expelled for online bullying:
Four Edmonton junior high students have been expelled and another 20 have been suspended after derogatory comments were posted about 2 of their teachers on Nexopia. The four that were expelled set up fake profiles in the teachers’ names allowing the others to leave disparaging comments.
Karen Wilson, president of Alberta Teachers’ Association Local 28, said one of the bullied teachers is a man, the other a woman.
“It’s very stressful for the teachers involved,” she said, adding they haven’t taken any time off over the incident. “It’s hard enough to be a teacher without being bullied over the Internet.”

You have got to be kidding me! If a teacher can take a little ribbing, perhaps they shouldn’t be teachers. The comments posted by those expelled do not in any way shaper or form warrant the punishment they have received!
