Mom tries to have son kidnapped on MySpace
Mom Places Ad on MySpace: Kidnap Son for $500:
This is a new one on me. 20-year-old Lisa Gonzales, of Bexar County, Texas, was arrested for placing an ad on MySpace soliciting someone to kidnap her 2-year-old son for $500. Her son lives with his father Venardo Morales. She has another son that lives with her. Also arrested were Rosita Ybanez and Reynaldo Galvan who actually grabbed the boy and handed him over to Gonzales for the $500. It didn’t take long for authorities to trace the child to Gonzales. Ybanez and Galvan are facing felony charges of agreeing to abduct a child in exchange for compensation. Venardo Morales says he will now work on getting custody of his other child. Personally I don’t think he’ll have much trouble accomplishing this.
Unfortunately I could not find a MySpace of any of the suspects.

I wonder how many of these people are in the country illegally? And if they are indeed illegal, is it any surprise that they would pay to smuggle people? Isnt that how they got here in the first place?

Illegal or not is not the issue to me here. THe fact that the mom was willing to expose her son to complete danger to me is unthinkable. What if the suspects wanted more money? What if they were pedophiles. She should never ever get near her kids again.
