Minn. teen attacked over MySpace
Knife attack might have been over MySpace item:
A 14-year-old girl was attacked at the Mall of America by another 14-year-old girl allegedly because of of something that took place on MySpace.
Bloomington police Cmdr. Jim Ryan said she was slashed with a razor blade from a utility knife. He said she suffered “deep lacerations” to her torso and abdomen that required emergency surgery.
The suspect, also 14 years old, suffered minor injuries in the altercation and was caught within 15 minutes just outside the mall, thanks to witnesses and security cameras, police said. She did not need hospital treatment.
No need to be gettin’ all stabby over a MySpace.
