Why is there never any mention that she attacked him with a stake knife, and he killed her in self defence? How many stiches were on his hands & arms from her attempt to kill him? Was it 25, or 30? If someone attacked you with a stake knife, and was litterally butchering you, do you think you may try to fight back? He has lost partial movement of several fingers, and still scared on both hands and both arms. I know in my heart that he killed her in self defence. It’s a tragidy for both of them.

Does anyone wonder why Heathers family didn’t bother to list her as missing for so long? If your 20 year old daugher were missing for more than a few days would you call the police? Maybe not if she’s already run away from home at least 3 times, is a heavy drug user, drops out of school, and is just generaly unstable. When they broke up, she would just keep calling until they would hook back up. The girl was soo sweet sometimes, and had a firey, crazy temper very often. Whenever she was around, the tension was thick. Now Josh is taking all the heat, and she is described as a little angle. I’m very sad she was killed, and I’m very sad Josh killed her. But some of the truth needs to come out. If anyone “stalked” anyone - it was her “stalking” him, and she never let up. She was friggin mean to him.

As to say that 2 wrongs make a right. If Josh was a man he would have walked away instead of taking the life of another. Being that he is a pretty boy I hope someone makes him a prison bitch cause he deserves what ever he gets.

Heather’s dad and her mother had the same kind of relationship. Her mother stalked her dad relentlessly, pulled a butcher knife on him numerous times, threatened to take Heather away from him any time he tried to live his own life. Heather learned well, from her mother “how to handle a man” (yeah right) Debbie (Heather’s mom) is just LUCKY Ed (Heather’s dad) didn’t go off on her as apparently Josh did Heather. Maybe he should have…Heather might still be alive then.

if ur trying to defend joshua bean, then u r a sick mother fucker and u’ll probably burn in hell with him…..anyone who defends someone who stabs, dismembers and then dumps a body in several locations for no one to find is just as sick as the asshole who committed the crime……i hope joshua bean is getting his ass reemed in prison…….burn i hell u son of a bitch.
