Man charged after posting gun pic on MySpace
MySpace.com photos lead to weapons arrest of Peekskill man:
24-year-old Detrich McQueen of Peekskill, New York turned himself over to authorites on Monday. He was wanted on charges illegal weapons possession after he posted pictures of himself with a gun on MySpace.
McQueen was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, after police recovered a .380-caliber handgun from his residence and determined that he is not licensed to possess a handgun, Detective Sgt. Eric Johansen said.
It’s not exactly clear how police came across McQueen’s MySpace.
