Facebook profile of suspect changed:
It seems there has been a lot of Facebook shenanigans going on in the Great White North lately.
Aaron Howard, the 19-year-old Ottawa man now being hunted nationwide on a first- degree murder warrant, appears to have changed his Facebook profile - updating his relationship status - while on the run.
Mr. Howard was last seen on Thursday, the day before the body of a woman was found in the Gage Crescent home in which he lived.
The victim still has not been identified, but neighbours said Mr. Howard lived in the house with his mother, Deborah Frankel-Howard.
But Saturday morning, at 2:11 a.m., the online profile that Mr. Howard maintained on the social networking website, Facebook, changed. Under the category of “relationship status,” the profile was updated from “single” to “in a relationship.”
He named an 18-year-old Ottawa woman as the person he was dating. The woman, who says in her profile that she works at an Ottawa submarine sandwich shop, is more vague about her relationship status.
“In a relationship and it’s complicated,” her profile says.
Aaron Howard’s Facebook account was deleted Sunday.
Isn’t that sweet that he took the time out to let everyone know his dating status while he’s ON THE RUN FOR MURDER!!!

This guy might still be in Ottawa…it’s funny because there’s not a lot of publicity or warnings about this case(well except online).
I hope he will get caught, not that i dont feel safe here in ottawa, there’s not a lot of crime here but this one is just low and it makes me sick.
There’s a lot of people that would like to catch him before the cops

I think thats very rude to post comments such as the one posted by Mike who obviously doesn’t know the guy. Look i went to school this guy my entire life I spoke with him recently and he he was doing great things with his life. I dont think he did it, whatever happened if he did do it was obviously an an accident, and if he didn’t then he is being framed. If you knew this guy you would be feeling the same way as I am right now. I would be extremely shocked if he was indeed fiound guilty, this is not the kind of guy to do something such as this. There is an explanation, i just dont know what it is yet.

Actually i did know him he played on my baseball team for a few years, he sucked….bad….his mom always used to rip on him…maybe thats why he snapped…see nows thats a rude comment A
