That horrible bastard! I hope he gets the death penalty!
Not only did he kill Jessie and his own unborn daughter, left did it infront of his son — he then left that baby ALONE in that house for a day and a half!
What a cold, evil, souless coward.
Now — he’s LYING to save his ass! Jessie died by his hands and everyone knows it.

Doesn’t this sound familiar? I know it was a recent case, maybe within the last year or last year, but I can’t remember the names of the people involved. It was similar to this and a real big news story for the longest time.

It’s really a shame in any case. It’s just something aweful to be capable of doing that to another human being, especially your own flesh and blood.

My support goes out to blogs like this. You keep people informed about this crazy shit and help people stay on the look out stupid ass crazy people. Keep it up.

by no means am I taking up for him, but what about “innocent until proven guilty” and for all of those that want to talk about him cheating on his wife, lets not forget that the wife knew about it, and still stayed with him..again, i don’t know what to believe because I’m an attorney, a prosecutor no less, and I go on facts, not media attention, or recent cases bearing the same resemblence. The fact of the matter is all of those who are already putting him “to death” are already hurting the case. His attorney will bring everything, everything into account, and if and when he’s found guilty, he can appeal because of an impartial jury due to blogs like these. You want him convicted, shut your mouth and stay out of it. It’s people like you that ruin cases and make my job harder.

What about innocent until proven guilty? That’s only for the courts. And I think you’re being overly dramatic. I’ve been writing about crime for 7 years now and not once have I ever heard of a conviction being overturned because of a blog. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Bobby Cutts my-space page has been removed. Guess after Nancy Grace exposed it on her show, somebody got rid of it. But the fact that his profile speaks as if he’s single and unattached, says alot about his intent to decieve. I’m sad for his wife, and his children in addition to Jessie Davis. This story is a sad state of affairs.

Clearly Blake gave them Bobby Cutts. Just as how he said “Mommy in the rug” he could have said other things that the police did not disclose.

I am glad Bobby Cutts did not harm Blake, that child is a gift from God. If Blake was older you know he would have fight for his mother’s life.

I agree with the person that wrote in saying whatever happen tp innocent until proven guilty. It’s amazing with the media in this country, how do you receive a fair trial . I beleive from what I read it points to him, but how do you know this without all the facts. I’m not sure past history makes him completly guilty. Ugh!!! I hate to say all of that because it seems obvious nor do I feel sorry for him. I feel for the families and the children. So we need to stay open to all that comes from this. People instead of saying it reminds you of a past case just say it. O.J. Is it the fact that it’s a black football player and a white middle class female. Or is similar to a case where there was a man and a woman and and affair?

  • Puzzled
    Jun 26, 2007 at 1:28 pm

I am not defending what Cutts did but the media tried the man before he could have his day at court. Everyone keeps talking about Cutts have three different kids by three different women. Well what about Davis? Was she or not sleeping with a man whom she knew was married. I don’t in no ways agree with Cutts actions but hey it takes two to tango. Apparently, Davis was not the angel everyone has made her out to be. I only feel sorry for the kids involved.

  • Chuck
    Jun 26, 2007 at 1:37 pm

Sure it “takes two to tango” but it only takes one cockholster to murder.

    Jun 26, 2007 at 3:12 pm

My comments are directed to the attorney “Kat”. We simply cannot assume ‘innocent until proven guilty” because, quite unfortunately, we have a dead woman and her fetus in the morgue… and we “know” this oversexed, arrogant, psychopath did it! I understand this makes your job difficult but certain facts are irrefutable. To try to convince a jury that this man is not guilty would indeed be a challenge. He has been making illegitimate babies and threatening women since he was twenty years old. His reputation preceeds him. He claims Jesse died on her own. Then why panic? Why not instead feel concern? Why the bleach? Why the broken furniture? Why the 25 miles away burial? Sorry Kat this guy should get the death penalty.

  • Jaycee
    Jun 26, 2007 at 3:19 pm

If Scott Peterson got the death penalty then this hideous, insensitive, murderous, womanizing creep Bobby Cutts deserves the very same. My heart goes out to the family, who have handled this painful tragedy with great dignity when they said , “we don’t want vengence, we want justice.”

  • N
    Jun 26, 2007 at 4:36 pm

I agree that the it is going to be very hard to prove Cutts is not a killer. I also believe he did it. I am basing that on the cover up, the bleach, etc.. Being a “player” or having children outside of wedlock does not automatically make a person a murderer. If that was the case we would have parents murdering each other all the time. Not all people, male and female who have illegitimate children or who cheat are bad people. As someone else stated, Davis new this man was married and had other woman, but she continued to lay up with him. That did not make her an evil person. I agree Cutts should be found guilty in a court of law and condemned to death for what he did to Davis and his own children (killing the unborn child and doing it in front of the other, and just leaving him alone), but he should be tried the facts of the case, not the fact that he is a “player”. I’m sure we would all be guilty then.

For all I care, this Cutts guy should thank God he lives in the US where he has a chance at a fair trial. If he lived in Africa,..the humbled people would have sent him on to the next life. With there bear hands and stones. “they so believe in do onto others what u would like them to do onto u”.
That being said, race or no race I hope he is executed (Tim Mccavey-however u spell that of the oklahoma bombing - got his execution in a short while) within the shortest possible time..Dont waste the peoples money with appeals Mr. Cop and so should Scott patterson. Why the hell do they live longer when theyre sentenced to die. They should be shorter wait times.

    Jun 27, 2007 at 12:06 pm

To Mike, This has nothing to do with being white or black. I will give you the benefit that maybe I read your post in the wrong manner. This has to do with a man killing a woman and her unborn child. I don’t care what color the people are. If he was so innocent why are the statements that he made coming back that they are untrue as to where he was and what he was doing.

The child and his accomplices are going to hang him out to try. He should be put to death, someone that cold does not deserve a place on this earth. How many lives has he messed up by his lies in cheating on all the women he has been with? We only know of 3-

The guy had a control and ego problem!

What if the baby Jessie was carrying really wasn’t really Cutts child at all? And what if Ferrel did all of this herself for Cutts and he was the one that helped her get rid of evidence and the body? I read somewhere where Davis did not know Ferrell. I think both of them are guilty and should be prosicuted to the fullest. Davis and her baby DID NOT deserve to die like they did, and little Blake did not deserve to have to watch all of this and be left for almost 2 days alone. Who the hell could leave their child in a home to die? If noone would have went looking for Davis then that poor baby could have died as well. Sick Bastard deserves whatever he gets!! Jessie, Chloe and their family are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I honestly think he went over there to visit her and they got into it and he killed her. Do any of you think he went there with the intentions to kill her or do you think an argument occured and it happened? Maybe he did go over to do this to her before the baby was born… he did not want to have to support another baby and he figured if he left Blake people would not think it was him. So if he pulled all this off he stood a chance at getting custody of Blake and getting away with murder.

Good thing he got caught or his wife may have been next.

Bobby Cutts, may you rot in eternall HELL! You are an evil creature who should be exterminated as quickly as possible. I hope that Nikki Giavasis and your ex-wife put the needles in your arm, because you have ruined them for life, and unlike Jessie Davis, they have to live with the permanent stain of bearing your children!

And I hope that you get raped in jail every day. I want to see them cut your c**k and b**lls off with a dull, rusty knife!

What happened to innocent till proven guilty. everyone has convicted this Bobby Cutts without knowing any facts but pure speculation. Unitl he goes to court/give a confession/find DNA/trace evidence that states that he is guilty everyone should not be so eager to judge. Blake was born while he was seperated from his wife. The first woman the mother of his first child was sleeping with another man (sean kemp) while still with bobby cutts (that is why he broke the door down). So what does that say about her?Bobby Cutts and his wife Kelly has been seperated for a few years and was not living together when Jesse got preganant with their second child. Also everyone is an adult and everyone should have been acting like mature adults instead of teenagers and all should have been taking preventive actions not to birth children out of wedlock as well as prevent std since it appears no one was faithful to anyone and everyone had multiple partners. Self perservations should have been everyone priority.

in a case like this i believe common sense tells it like it turned out. what is really sad is jessie didn’t think enough of herself and ended up in a situation that got her killed. i think if we could only see ourselves through others eyes. jessie was a beautiful woman. and from what i have read a beautiful person. what as waste.

My heart goes out to little Blake.
    Poor little guy.
When I think of him, seeing his mommy murdered, left all alone in that house, scared and tramatized.
    It just break my heart.

I would think that Cutts would be charged with child endangerment & abandonment also… (???)

  • Katie
    Jun 30, 2007 at 4:38 pm

There should be a charge for killing someone in front of a child, especially if the victim is someone the child is close to.
This is a repulsive crime. It is not a race crime. A pregnant woman was killed, in front of her child! I don’t think people are thinking O.J., I think they are thinking Lacy Peterson, Lori Hacking, and Lisa Underwood, just to name a few.

  • RAE-RAE
    Jun 30, 2007 at 6:58 pm

Sounds alot like Ray Curruth, X-NFL football player who had someone shoot
and kill his pregnant stripper girlfriend
as he watched from a car ahead of hers.
A reporter asked Rays mother,”how is ray doing behind bars while awaiting
trail?” Same question was posed to
    Bobby Cutts JR.family concerning Bobby
while under arrest in the county JAIL.
In both cases the reply was the same
“how do you think he feels?”
    Bobby Cutts,WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!

cnn just announced that bobby cutts was the one who told the police where to find her body. they’ve said he did this surely to cut a deal to take the death penalty off the table. who’s not crying out for justice in this case? he’ll spend the rest of his life in solitary. even so there’ve been others who committed murders who were in solitary and who were themselves murdered by other inmates. is he assurred safety in prison since he’s been a cop? time will tell. his son already has a lifetime sentence. one day he’ll have to remember and deal with whatever he witnessed about his mother’s death. he’ll have to try and deal with the fact that his own father did it and left him alone not caring if the boy died at home. maybe he was hoping this boy would drown in the toilet or tub perhaps, or choke on something. little kids get into alot of things that are potentially dangerous. the fact that this little boy survived being alone that long is a miracle. let’s all keep him and his mother’s family in prayer and remember that they should be the focus of our thoughts right now. the murderer is behind bars. it will be very telling how much his cop status will count for since the prosecution surely made a deal to get the body. others have gotten the same deal and were placed in solitary confinement but were murdered themselves by other inmates. sometimes things work out that way. for the police, this is one of their own, no matter what he’s done. it will be interesting to see how well he’s protected in prison of if he makes it that far.

This is the real world, the masses WILL and DO have the right to form their own opinions. Watch the news, and do your homework before defending the rights of this predator. This guy has a history of abuse and PATTERNS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES! It has NOTHING to do with race. We dont need anything but statistics to let us know what happend…. Use your brain, use common sense. Police are not above the law, this guy better not be any different.

I was wondering if someone could help me find some facts on this case. I’ve checked CNN.com but they’re not really saying anything. Reading the comments on this site leads me to believe that someone has released some facts that I don’t know about. I’ve only read that it’s rumored that Cutts led police to the body and that bleach was found in the apartment of an aquaintance. I’m not naive enough to think that everyone that has called for his execution and condemned his soul was in the court room for his arraignment, but I’m assuming that someone knows something about the charges brought against Cutts. I’ve only discovered lots of personal opinions. On some level it’s interesting to see what someone’s ex-girlfriend will say about them in an interview, but I don’t think I’ll include any of that in my search for the facts in this case. I’m also not looking for any racially motivated websites. Has anyone seen a press conference with the police or the prosecutors. Usually when someone is arrested in a case like this the investigators provide a lot of information to show the public that they’ve found the killer. With this case I can’t even find where the cause of death has been released.

Every rase is guilty of killing.
I agree with antonio about when a black commit a crime it is always always about their color not there crime.
When is most blacks in the US going to let the past be the past and look for better and brighter future.

Come on you all. This was his baby you could very well tell Jessie loved him and it broke her heart to find out he was married and it happened after she had Blake. The reason he killed her was because she wanted to change her life return back to being a Christian and being a Christian you deny yourself of sin and having sex with a married man is adultry so she had to turn from that. The man wanted to continue having an open affair. Read and hear what her mother said Jessie and her had been talking about. For God sake she was a follower of Christ she went to Russia and to Africa to lead people to Christ she fell and relized it and want to get back in order with the Lord so why judge her and condemn her in the matter.
In response to what the attorney stated above: Yes, all the gesters and all what is being said will make this case harder to do. Instead of us all being judgamental lets pray that God’s will shall be done and that the courts here HIS calling.

    Jul 1, 2007 at 6:50 pm

    reply to “looking for info”,

don’t you get headline news?? ok, let’s say you don’t. first of all it was made plain yesterday on headline news/cnn that bobby cutts jr. cut a deal with the prosecutor. that would be the police prosecutor who works for either the city or the county where the crime was committed. the job of the police prosecutor is usually to take cases brought to them by the police and decided whether to take it into court. in this case it’s very well possible that jesse’s family just wanted her body back and agreed to the deal being made. on the other hand it’s also possible that the police prosecutor decided to do this all on his or her own. no matter the case, the fact remains that you cannot make a plea deal unless you’ve got a bargaining chip. what could that chip be?? gee, let’s see….the police were lead to jesse’s body, according to headline news/cnn. then we hear that bobby cutts jr. made a plea deal with the prosecutor. it only makes sense that this could be the only thing he had to bargain with to avoid the death penalty. he probably figured they’d have him over a barrel as far as evidence was concerned. he dove at the chance to take the death penalty off the table then. he had a trump card to play and he used it. he knew the odds of a cop gone bad landing in prison and surviving his time there. that’s exactly why he did it. once the female friend of his began to be talked about on tv bobby cutts was open to make the deal. this would tell anyone that bobby cutts jr. had some sort of liability concerning this friend of his in this case. did he turn state’s evidence to rat out the actual murderer or was he merely an accomplice? again, time will tell. let us all remember that jesse’s family believe in god and trust in him. this is why i said we should keep them in our prayers., those of us who have such faith to do so. for those who don’t believe in such things just skip over this comment. it’s not meant to offend you but to explain how things work with faith in god with us, i’ll tell you something. i have personally seen people get away with breaking the law on several occasions. i have also seen the law not do a thing to them even though they had and have the evidence to convict them. you might think that they get off the hook right? well, people seemed to think so until something horrible happened to the law breaker to either end their life or screw it up really bad. sometimes i know for a fact, god had a hand in these things coming out the way they did. there’s some passages in the bible which say if something was taken or stolen from you that you can command god, according to his word to return that which was stolen, to you. in jesse’s case that which was stolen was more than her life. if the law refuses to make the guilty party pay for this heinous murder, some of can be sure that one way or another god will repay that person what they have sown. remember….”as ye sow, ye shall also reap.” there’s been too many times in my own life filled with hell that i’ve seen these things happen. there is certainly the possibility of coincidence in some but not all. there’ve been some very distinctive things that have happened that are by no means normal for this world we live in. when i say i saw it with my own eyes and there were other witnesses to the entire event i mean it. but faith comes before these things even occur. you believe that god will “do” things before you even know you will need them done. that’s faith in action. this is the way of jesse’s family and this is information so that those not familiar with christian ways can understand where they are coming from. lastly, let us look at the fact that the body being found came before news that a plea deal had been struck. it ony makes sense that bobby had something with which to deal and it had to be something very big. now, ask yourself this………how’d he know where her body was if he wasn’t involved in her murder??? the law in this country is broken according to each and every person i know and have talked to in law enforcement, judicial, and even law makers. they say it isn’t perfect and can never be, and it’s the only thing we’ve got. it’s the best thing we’ve got they say, and better than nothing at all. knowing where it’s broken and not doing anything to change it for decades is tantamount to doing the same thing they charge people for each and every day in this country. some are stripped of their lives so that the law can be satisfied and found to be innocent after they are executed. but the law is blind to that. it’s a machine that must keep running because the alternative is chaos. so, why do we pay people to protect us who are vigilantes or who allow known criminals to do their dirty work for them? they say it’s because the law doesn’t go far enough to protect the public and someone must take steps to see that it’s taken care of before great loss of life occurs. when it comes to organized crime there are times when the police have been known to scratch their backs and organized crime scratches the police’s backs. this has been going on throuighout history. in essence some police have been serving two masters. since you cannot serve more than one at one time it only makes sence that they themselves were guilty of breaking the same laws that people are being executed for by the same law they’ve been sworn to uphold. yes, it will be very telling what the law does with bobby cutts jr. very telling. the nation is watching very closely and the police as well as the prosecutor in this case is being very tight lipped. the nation should cry out for justice to sit upon their doorstep too as far as this former cop is concerned. they knew of his background and the numerous internal affairs investigations into alledged misconduct while he was a police officer. one allegation was that he had a cousin who was a known felon who ended up with his service revolver. it was alledged that bobby cutts jr. gave him the weapon and knew it was to be used to commit a crime. this is what i heard yesterday on the news. the end result of the investigation into this service revolver was that no proof could be found to substantiate any of the allegations against him. even so one complaint followed another, then another, then another and yet still another. in all four cases bobby cutts jr. was cleared of all charges. then we’ve got his known treatment of “family and friends”. did the police force know of these things? from what reporters found out they did know. all this taken together is very damning to the police dept in question. yet, who is clean enough to investigate them and why would they. there is such a thing as county law not being accountable to anyone but the county officials and residents themselves. there are local things that the state and the federal government cannot become involved in unless the county authorities call them in on it. this is why organized crime has a firm foothold in this country today, the local police do not ask for assistance from the state or the federal government in some cases when they clearly should. now, the fact that jesse’s body was dumped in a federal park, as reported by headline news yesterday…………this was done on federal property so that makes this part of it a federal crime. that much the feds can investigate. the actual murder obviously didn’t take place on federal property. the feds cannot just walk in and take over a matter which took place on private property within a county or city juristiction.

I appreciate that someone addressed my comments but my questions have not been answered. What I’m really looking for is a link to a reputable website. I don’t need an explanation of our legal system, I’m just trying to stay informed on what is going on with this case. The big networks are only providing speculation from people that aren’t even involved in the case.

I think, what has me so interested in this case is the secrecy surrounding it. Everyone that is officially involved with the case is being very tight lipped. People everywhere are talking about this story so I would like to be able to offer an informed opinion.

This is another “Scott Peterson” case. Let’s go ahead and put the guy to death. No evidence, no witness. The problem is that these woman are looking for a man and are putting there children in harms way. All the woman he slept with, he must have really been puttin it down. They weren’t deceived it seems like they were as promiscuous as he was. They weren’t concerned about the kids when they were giving it up. This woman would have had 2 kids by this guy. If he did it screw him, let him rot in jail, and if he didn’t may God have mercy on the soul of the jurors that will convict him and put him to death, just like in the Peterson trial were there was no hard evidence.

I also have to add. It sounds like to me that many of the people on this opinionated site have been played or their spouse has been with a player. Don’t hate the dude because he was a pimp or had pimp qualities. Don’t forget this woman slept with his homeboys also. May she rest in peace now.I am not saying I am the most intelligent person around, but dang “rase” it’s spelled race. Not a “rase” issue, most blacks are doing better for themselves. It’s stupid trash like yourself that gives them a leg to stand on when it comes to white america and the race issue. This guy may or may not have killed his GF, but he deserves a fair trial. Truth be told Peterson didn’t get one and he was white. Playboys should not be killed because they cheated and the world feels sorry for the victim, show me the evidence and then take his a@# out if he did it.

    GiGi,
You must of read something incorrect. Nikki was gone and out of site in California no where close to Bobby they broke up when she was 4 months pregnant. And to you who wrote innocent until proven guilty, if you read and followed the news he was the one who took them to the body which he buried Jessie. Bobby told the cops that she Ferrell help him clean up the mess and move the body. Now to the one who said he went over to visit her is incorrect, she had previously broke up with him and didn’t want to live in sin dening self (sex) though she loved him she let him go and he was going to pick up the child being that he had been drinking could have been the problem and an arguement broke out. I myself wouldn’t allow my child to go with her dad with him being drunk read the news he had been at the club for 4 hours enough for him to be intoxicated the music was loud to where neibors heard it. Don’t protect someone who is guilty.

I was at chemotherapy last week and learned from a fellow patient who was a fireman and rescuer at the site at Top O’ the World where Jessie’s body was recovered - and that the “alleged” murdered and his accomplice BURNED THE BODY of the pregnant Jessie Davis and her 9 month old baby. That is why the autopsy is so slow in coming out and why the body is severely decomposed.

I am VERY upset over the covering up of evidence by this cop and his friend. Chlorox to remove blood evidence…and then…BURN THE BODY to render the autopsy devoid of evidence!!!

I want this person to get the death penalty, but I am afraid it may not even be close to that. I think it will be hard to get a hard case unless Myisha helps.

Innocent until proven guilty—If he is so innocent –him being a police officer and knowing the laws, he should have not hid anything…he is guilty and ms. attorney up there knows it, yes, I know you have to do your job and represent your clients to the best of your ability but COME ON give us a break, he told them where the body was at, that tells me all I need to know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and on top of all that, he “HELPED” them search knowing all along where she was at…DING DING lightbulb!

For those seeking legal opinion/ researching for your own interests,..i believe blogs are free/can be free. Start you own blog. How else do u want the media to report to the mass viewers, who have no use for the details. Bear in mind if theyre going to trial only so much can come out. Okay,..say his accomplice murdered the mother of his child. And he called Bobby to let him know the job was done. So..he comes to the house and helps remove the body, ” he left behind his precious son!..Fact, a cop who knows the law and arrests people who do wrong, should have known better not to help burn the body and lead them later to it. Regardless of who did it,..between both of them, an accessory to murder gets the same level of punishment. I hope, with this being, “baby’s mama” killed no mercy is given to this guy. Even if the end justify the means, and all this “God fearing sayings:. I say,..devil where ever u are,..take control of this guys soul. I hope if the justice is lenient to him/ for the deals he has made…the prisoners/jail birds beat him slowly /painfully to his death on day 1 of his sentence

E DUB, first of all I am not a dumb ass, I just had a type -o-error…… FORGIVE ME…..
I am sure you have never done that before, right?
And besides, don’t blame anyone for what someone else does, people have their own brain to make their own decisions, some just make the wrong ones.
You’re telling us not to judge people, but you are judging me by calling me “white trash” simply because I made the mistake of making a typing error. And you don’t know me from Adam. Like I said before, every race has the ability to commit a crime and they SHOULD be punished for the crime they committed-whether they are white, black or any other race. It has nothing to do with color, I also believe he should get a fair trial, but if he did do it, then I agree with you that they should take his ass out. And if he was white or any other race, I would feel the same way. So, you have no leg to stand on here.

And, I know that most loving people can’t barely imagine what these unfeeling, psychopathic bastards will do. God, if only there was some way to sense that a major threat to their lives is approaching. When i think of Laci Peterson trusting that cowardly excuse for a husband. Just thinking of his filthy lies to Diane sawyer makes me want to retch. Now Jessie Davis trusted a man who was surfing the internet for women only hours after he killed her and the fetus,Chloe. I know it’s unconstitutional but I don’t want good, hard working people’s taxes go toward supporting this scum in prison -as they continue to enjoy bodily functions, television, reading, writing, eating, psycho groupies, all the while they continue to manipulate the system. I say kill each and every one of them in the same manner they killed the women. Then dump them in an ocean or a shallow grave. An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. Enough with coddling of sick psychopaths!! Case closed!!!

To everyone, but especially Jaycee who said: We simply cannot assume ‘innocent until proven guilty” because, quite unfortunately, we have a dead woman and her fetus in the morgue… and we “know” this oversexed, arrogant, psychopath did it!” It’s because of these inflammatory statements that taint the thought processes of unbiased potential jurors and ultimately exactly why there are countless INNOCENT Black and brown men languish on death row. You may be outraged, sickened and downright pissed off, but remember, that innocent until proven guilty applies to you as well! Be saddened and empathetic for BOTH families, but SHUT UP! You’re not attorneys, you clearly don’t know anything about the law as a layman as it pertains to evidence, charges, etc., but you mouth off and on about guilt. People who do these things do not feel they have done wrong. That lack of empathy allows them to be able to be so cruel.
I was married to someone cold and calculating and blamed me for everything wrong in his life including those things he did to other women like taping them and himself in sex acts and bringing it into my home to watch while I was away.
This is a disorder and there appears to be no cure. It is like someone who lacks a soul. The id is the only thing that this person is aware of. This is a very dangerous person as they seem like the pillar of the community and the perfect co-worker except for when they go off: this is then excused because most of the time they are so charming.

    “Now That’s Love”

I know what love is like:
Truly loving someone is giving them the freedom to love you or not
Truly loving yourself is choosing to be with someone who uses that freedom to love you
    Yea, now that’s love
    Copyright© 2006, by Arene

    “Let Me Be”

My heart taken freely as the love was squeezed out of it
All flavor is gone, there is nothing left- not a bit
    My mind nearly destroyed
as any independent thought I had was negated
My body abused, no longer is there found pleasure
    once loved, now hated
My soul what is left of it is freely given back to God
I’d rather risk being as though I never was
    than continue in this facade
Existence in a body abused without pleasure,
A mind without independent thought how does one measure
A heart without love, or life without breath
A soul broken and bruised is worse than death

    Let me go -be happy
Or if per chance during this thing
Some pleasure is found in my suffering
    Just let me be
This misery can not be my destiny

Let me go and be happy without you
Death can be sweet sometimes when colors are always blue
When life with someone is become so harsh and so bitter
I have given up trying to love even though I know I am no quitter
If continuing in this is proven to be my destiny
Then let me not continue to breathe just let me be
Let it not be too long
That I endure this life’s sad song
Let me go and be happy
This can not be my destiny

    Let me go -be happy
Or if per chance during this thing
Some pleasure is found in my suffering
    Just let me be

Honestly it saddened me to her what happened to Jessie and her baby however. I feel that it’s so much more to this story and I say that because it was reported that the clothes he had on that night had no traces of blood DNA nor bleach and the fact that it was hinted that he may not have been wearing any clothes one could think that maybe he went over it was after hours they had sex and she died during please don’t think it’s impossible my husband told me that he use to date a girl that would pass out during intercourse and the first time he almost lost his mind and paniced because she hadn’t told him of her condition. He said he first thought was to move her out of his dorm room…so it’s not impossible that the same thing didn’t happen except this death was a result of this one. I can’t explain wht he would leave his son but I can say that I feel that he was tried in the media and that he will never get a fare trail. He was wrong for moving her body but, there is so much more to the story. Why would you come help someoen whom you went to school with and had a part time job with a few years back. You can look at Jessie, his duaghters mom and his wife,,,the young lady that helped him had nothing in common with the other girls as far as apperance. I’m not sure of what path that Jessie was on however she did lay up and have an open affair that her family seemed very comfortable with until now. He had three children his first daughter was born nearly 10 years ago he’s thirty so that means he was about 19 when she got pregnant a teenager a boy not ready to be a man. I feel that the girls mother is living it up and telling as many lies as she can for her 5 min of fame. And to be real honest with you it’s not that abnormal to have three kids by three different women.sad but not abnormal….All I ask is that to all who reads this blog take one step back and really think there has got to be much more to this story that’s not being told and there is still no way to determine if the baby was his…..

    reply to “Looking for info”
good luck finding any new (yet alone substaniated) information this far into the story. foxnews.com is where I have been checking for all of my updated information. I love how these wanna be Nancy Grace’s of the world seem to know everything- including Cutts leading police to the body to take the death penalty off the table. If that were the case he would have confessed (meaning there would be no upcoming trial) and we would be awaiting his sentancing. If you weren’t already informed he waived his right to a prlimary trial, a smart move on his behalf as we already know why he was arrested. I question the comments made that Cutts claimed she had convulsions in front of him but he didn’t think anyone would believe him that she dies of natural causes so he took her? and if someone can substantiate that for me PLEASE let me know. (and if it’s true how dumb is this man, how about a frantic 911 call that night that his pregnant girlfriend was having a seizure, He would fare a little better than present case dont you think) I find it equally intriging how this story flooded the airwaves in the inital days of the search and somehow fell off days after his araignment. I do recall Patty Porter stating that Blake had made other comments but was told by prosecutors not to leak them to the media (the last thing we need is this man; whom I feel is guilty, to be released or claim a mistrial) This is such an extremly tragic story but is a situation many women find themselves in. Let’s not let Jessie’s death go forgotton, and PLEASE women reevaluate your living situation; Who is the father of your child(ren)? do you know the real man??? Or will we be blogging about your tragic murder next month?
Also, to the Canton police dept and others all over the US, who is on your payroll? Will you be the next district to be guilty putting a badge and automatic weapons in the hands of a physcopathic killer? maybe a rapist next time? We have all encountered the cop who took his postion to the head…

This whole things shows how ugly sin is from the beginning.
There is no way man can correct a wrong/sin.
Some sins are big to us as sinful man and some are small.
God can forgive the sin, but once it is committted it is there.
Look at his situation: See how it snow balled from a few men and women being being disobedient. T”hey seem like nice people but……,. ” If you find yourself saying this, it makes since to listen to reason.
Once it is done, we can not make the sin right. We put the cart before the horse and then try to hitch the horse to it to correct our mistake.
As I live, I look at others and I see myself sometimes in terms of “Except for the grace of God , there go I”. It is not that I have committed murder or adultery or some big bad revealing sin, but any sin such as even the thought puts me at risk for the wages of sin being death.
This horrible tragedy has really made me take a closer look at myself and be thankful for the mercy of God.
I hope someone who thought about murder has turned away from it: I hope someone who has thought about adultery, turns away from it: I hope someone who has thought about lying, turns away form it: I hope someone who has thought about dishonoring their parents, turns away from it: I hope someone who has thought about not putting God first in their life, turns away from it: I hope someone who has thought about worshipping things, money, man or woman before God, turns away from it: I hope someone who has thought about being envious and jealous of someone, turns away from it.
I hope I keep Gods word in my heart that I may not sin against Him. That ismy hope.

In America we speak of equal rights & freedom of speach…. but we also speak of innocent until proven guilty…. we seem to always forget that when we have a case like this…. In my opinion we have two people that have a lack of morals… At no time should we excuse murder…. but there is a double standard in America & i await the outcome of this crime… An old saying comes to mind when I invest thought into this unfortunate situation… Play with fire & u will get burnt… this young woman found no crime in messing with a married man, not only did she break 1 of the ten commandments, she even bought children into a situation with no sign of regret, because if she had the case would not involve a second life… This man proved to be untrustworthy.. doesn’t mean he is guilty, but it proves he will go to any extreme to get what he wants and that was a sign that clearly said “BEWARE”…

There is not one commandment that is worse than any other.

This woman did not deserve to die. He admitted that he killed her and will hopefully be severely punished. It is not our place to judge, but we can hope!

But when these people are judged by God, his punishment will be no more harsh than hers.

When I came on this website, I heard a lot of info that was new to me. I heard that Cutt’s cut a deal or was on the verge and I heard that he definitely lead police to the body. I am an avid watcher of multiple media outlets and have only heard that these bits and pieces are PURE speculation and rumors. If this man is guilty and is able to cut a deal for a lesser charge, I think that it would be a horrible misfortune and a slap in the face to the family. I have serious doubts that the DA will allow that to happen. He committed a terrible crime that was highly played out in the media. They have a job to do and they know it. The pressure is on them. Also, to those making comments about Jessie Davis being immoral, that is just plain wrong. None of you knew her personally and she did not deserve to die for anything she did. That is ignorant and insensitive. Some things are better left unsaid.

We are a moral society on the outside. Our laws are really based on moral principles and moral precepts. When a tragedly happens, we want to relax the moral standards when it is the relaxation of the moral standard that causes the offense in the first place. Once a sin is done, it is done. Lest we cry Lord have mercy on my soul ,we have to deal with it as He deals with us. Sinful man as we all are, can not take away the sin.
Render unto Ceasar the things that are Ceasars and to God the things that are Gods.
I know I can not save myself and I will not dare say that I have more right to heaven than someone who does what appears to be a worse offense that I have ever done ( by moral-humanity standards). God says that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. To fall short is to fall short. No matter by how much, to fall short is to fall short.
It is o.k. to say wrong is wrong. It is not o.k. to not love because of it. We never know who turned thier life around because of this situation.
Only Jesus can defend me. As only Jesus can defend Jessie and Bobby. He really is the one who did not deserve to die, but yet we crucify him afresh each day-some more than others.

    Kman,
Allowing someone free will actually shows true strength. Kind people do not have a shortage of friends who like to be around them.
Respect by commandment instead of “demandment”. Some one may not like what a person says or believes, but at least the person is not struck down for saying it. Instead, the choice would be to not be around that person-just as when someone should chose to walk away instead of hurting or killing as if the person has lost control and want ot force soneone else into submission to thier will.
Men and women do this all the time. Some men tell women they love them in order to have sex. Some women decide to get pregant in an attempt to force a relationship or marriage.
World wide infection of selfishnes results in others suffering including children at the hands of evil.
Poor impluse control (a psychosis) gets blamed on God and then the accusation is God is evil because we do not have free will.
Unless we are not in control of our impulses, we know how we would like to be treated. Do unto others as you would have done unto you. Is being nice so hard to do? Is being kind and saying kind things so hard?
Circumstances shape us and make us into who we are dependent on the ones we allow to be the main focus.
Belief in God or not-love and kindness is a fundamental concept especially in the presence of intact mental health.
Hope you have a blessed or good day.

I wrote a letter to our DA Chuck Rosenthal to assist these states and give them some advise on how to treat the murders. It seems that the states of California (Scott Peterson), Ohio (Bobby Cutts), Utah (Mark Haskings) need some of our Texas laws and the DA’s advise to confict these murders and so they need to ask for help getting it done as quickly as you possible. Texas will show them how its done with their high expertise. It will be resolved and they won’t sit on death row long either.

I agree that the death penalty is an easy way out. They should send them to Houston, Texas we prosecute all our cases really quick our death row prisons are great because they don’t get any kind of privileges nor are they housed alone. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (California), Gov. Ted Strickland (Ohio) and John Huntsman (Utah) need to hang out with Gov. Rick Perry and take some of Gov. Perry’s advise. Texas is the highest in crime, but criminal do the time and its not much but they suffer until death! AND THAT’S NO JOKE!
The District Attorney Charles A. Rosenthal, Jr sees to it that anyone found guilty of murder is murdered as well. Feel free to get his advise he is a real bull dog! and he will bite!

Thanks, for being that great DA that gets the job done the first time and don’t drag your feet trying to negogeate it! Keep up the good work Houston, Texas appreciates it.

I’m taking a Sociology of Gender course this Summer and what is really beginning to interest me in the world of violent crime is how race somehow always becomes an issue but not sex. Men commit something like 98% of all violent crimes. This is not to say that most men are violent because that is not the case. But why is it that men are overwhelmingly the perpetrators (as opposed to women)? We tend to point fingers at people like Bobby Cutts (who WILL rot in prison and then in hell) saying that they are “sick people”, “psychopaths”, putting so much emphasis on the individual. But what can we do as a society to change the way we raise boys to become men? Honestly, you don’t ever truly know anyone. There are people in our own lives who may be capable of such atrocities. They may never get to the point of actually committing them however, our culture is so completely VIOLENT that the minds of everyone grow darker each day (luckilly most of us have hearts capable of counter-balancing this effect). To think that boys who grow up here in the states, who are raised to be so masculine and “strong”, who are told not to cry but to be tough, are not somehow also being told subliminally that violence and aggression are okay, is just ignorant. I’m guilty of it. I can’t count the times I’ve told my three-year-old to just “shake it off”. But I really believe that something deeper needs to be examined here in order to prevent the dead-girl-in-a-ditch scenario. Another piece of trivia for y’all: the MAJORITY of VICTIMS of violent crime committed by men…are MEN. It is now a HUMAN issue because it affects everyone regardless of sex, race, religion, etc. Why do men hurt and what can we do to change it? Mothers, fathers, siblings, friends, teachers, communities, leaders-it is up to all of us to change the way we’re bringing up our children, especially our boys. Good book for anyone interested (not particularly on the subject of violence) “The Wonder of Boys” and the author escapes me…Guerin or something. Anyway, I’m done. Shout out to my boy, E DUBS! Miss you!!! How’s Sonya? By the way, what are you doing wasting your time on the internet if the world is going to end soon? Go out and ride your bike.

In regards to the comment from Faith, I also reside in Texas and find it absolutely revolting that you would suggets that other states adopt the method of convict and execute now, and verify later, that Texas has. It is no wonder that Texas leads the nation in executions, with small minded people like yourself cheering them on. The fact that you would applaud the recently investigated and discredited Harris County crime lab for their ability “get ‘er done” so to speak, speaks volume as to your character. While I don’t feel that race should be an issue, our justice system has proved that it is. That is why for African-Americans men who are the minority of the minority (at least in the state of Texas) approx. 3 in 5 or so will spend time in a correctional facility. If that is not dis-proportionate then what is? The facts of the case should be heard in the court room, and the jury should be allowed to deliberate on their own without any outside interference. Those are the rights established in our Constitution. For everyone here who says that African-Americans need to move on from their past, then go to your legislators nd ask that all questions regarding race be removed from employment and residency applications, ask that all police departments actively fight racial profiling, and when I go to apply for a home loan consider the total package and not just the color of my skin. For you see I am what you don’t expect a 30 year old, Southern Baptist, college educated, married, African American woman. If you want our thinking to change then first the way we are treated must change. I am not writing to anger anyone but simply to give another perspective. Thank God that I don’t have the rsponsibility of hearing this case, but if I did be asured that the facts are what concerns me and not the race. By the way for anyone thinking that it is reverse racism, think again my husband is caucasian. Finally, there are lots of people speaking with lot of hate on this website please no that you, yourself can not inherit the Kingdom of God with hate in your heart and please learn to utilize spell check “cause ya’lls grammer stanks”.

    Aug 23, 2007 at 3:51 pm

Kay, don’t knock others “grammer” err grammar and their not using spell check and….. thats not “no” in your last sentence, its know. African Americans (AA) constitute approximately 18% of the US population except in cities like Baltimore, where they comprise 60% of the population. We have about 200 murders on the books now and still have 4 months to go! Think there might be a correlation there ? EVERY DAY there is a black face in the paper in some kinda of trouble and do you know why ? Because they break the law i.e., kill, loot, rape, default on loans, father more illegitimates, more often than anyone else !!! We don’t need profiling, its usually pretty evident and people like you need to pick right or wrong over black or white. Oh, yeah Cutts is a soulless creature that needs to be put to sleep.

Anthony you’re a racisit bastard. what a childish comment “they always looking for trouble” truth be told-if I was black with a 10 inch pecker I would be scarfin up all the white snapper I could get my hands on. it’s the white girls that are infatuated/obsessed with the black momba so don’t blame black people. I live here in canton, the dood did it-he had a harem of white chicks slobin his knob and the child support payments was ruining his lifestyle. that is WHY he did it.

It’s ok, Anthony, you’re a racist, you’re strutting it around, go ahead and own it. It helps to labels things correctly. You, Hitler, rappers Appache and D’Mite. You’re in high class company.

White guys don’t act like this just as often? Are you kidding? Did you happen to notice how many freakin nasty white guys there are on this blog? You make yourself sound ignorant and perhaps severely intellectually challenged to draw conclusion contrary to the facts in front of all of us.

I don’t care what race he is. Even IF it was an accident, he could have saved the baby. Clearly he is a selfish fool and even if he did not murder the woman, he surely murdered that unborn child….. HIS OWN! Dust a seat Satan, one of yours will be coming to meet you.

    He’s a cold bastard — PERIOD!
He can cry all the tears he wants — it ain’t gonna change what he did.

I keep thinking about his son — remember him? The one he left alone in that house for a day in a half. The same son who witnessed his mom’s murder. The same son he had absolutely no regard for. The same little boy who will probably be traumatized for the rest of his life!!

Bobby Cutts only cares about his own miserable self! I hope he sizzles in hell!

Cutts is a sociopath. The emotion he now shows the court is scripted as compared to him being arrested and taken into custody. Bottom line….. he didn’t call 911 because the cell phone didn’t work but it did in the truck when he called his friend to dump the body?

  • Jen
    Feb 13, 2008 at 4:24 pm

I believe the death of Ms. Davis was not an accident. Being married to a police officer myself, I know the kind of issues and stressors they are trained to confront and handle. If it were an accident, he should have just call 911 or gathered help of some kind and not left his poor son in the home alone for hours. Media or no media, he was wrong.

This is in response to the attorney comments. First of all he committed a murder because he didn’t want to pay. As the saying goes if you play you pay. The bible states to get angry and sin not. He had every intention to go KILL pretty Jessie. He’s a very detestable FALSE RELIGION DEVIL and he’s going to get exactly what he deserves. He will reap what he sowed. Another thing he tried to hide the truth but his conscience was his guide. He was a poor excuse for a daddy. Get a life. Birds of a feather all flock together;meaning all of you felt that he was innoncent all rides in the same boat. I’m in my right mind because if I have a daughter and I know if it was my daughter I’d want the death penalty and would settle for nothing less. The prosecutor did an excellent job in giving the complete definitions of the law for each count that Cutts was charged with. I totally agree with the prosecution on each charge and he should get the death penalty. I’m a stark county tax payor and I don’t want to pay for three hots and a cot. Cutts you’re nothing and you couldn’t deal with a black lady as myself because you know I’m not having it and no one in their right mind would put up with your cheating ways. Last thing; Jessie must have meant something to him to have gotten her pregnant not once but twice. Go check your character.

Hopefully this serves as a wakeup call to all white women who date, marry, become intimate with black men. Odds are, you (the woman) will be mistreated, abused, and eventually discarded. If you go black don’t ever come back! Many black men have no respect for females regardless of race.

I hope the heartless killer as convicted gets exactly what he deserves because he had no heart when he comitted the crimes of murder against his unborn daughter,Jessie, and his living son Blake. Cutts what were you thinking? Now you,ll have to answer to the most serious judge which is my heavenly father Jehovah. One thing for sure you can,t lie to him because he knows exactly what happened and when and with wht intent. You despiscable FOOL! I just know that would’ve been a pretty little girl because your son is very handsome too. HOW DARE YOU! Men like yourself should be casterated and the piece of meat should be feed to you for rememberance. You’ll probably end up with life without parole in which I totally disagree because I would like to see you pay with your life. SIT AND ROT FOR THE REST OF YOUR NATURAL LIFE! You’re a poor excuse for a father.

In the online photo of him with his head in his hands clutching some tissue he actually looks as if he’s smiling or laughing while appearing to cry. I saw him on TV and he cried but not one tear rolled down his face. He deserves the death penalty and personally, I hope he gets it.

You people who are turning this into race are silly. I’ve read through most of the posts on here and many of them make plenty of since and some don’t in my opinion. People have their own opinion so just leave it at that, but when you bring race into the problem it’s just plain stupid. A murderer is a murderer! Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, etc. are all potential murderers just read the news. In that same thought all people from different backgrounds are potential teachers, presidents, scientists, astronauts, just look around you. Stop turning this into race, I am a 24 year old black strong man with no intent on ever killing anyone, I’d rather love. BUT Bobby Cutts(who is black) did, as well as Mark Jensen (who is white) kill their wives. Like I a said a killer is a killer. Instead of segregation, separate the killers from the people who are trying to succeed in life and not harm others. Being racist is just lame, get over it.

Well, Bobby Cutts has been convicted of 2 counts of murder now. I think most of us knew that this would be the outcome of the case. I was very pleased with the prosecution’s job on the case. Facts were presented, evidence was displayed clearly and definitively. The prosecution did not resort to destroying Mr. Cutt’s character which they could have easily done. Bobby Cutts has a long sickening history of abusing, controlling, and stalking his numerous lovers… but very little of that was brought up in court. I guess it didnt have to be brought up considering the condeming evidence this monster left behind.
In the end, the undisputed facts stand: Bobby Cutts killed his ex-lover in cold blood with his infant son as witness. The murderous rampage left the crime scene all but destroyed with broken furniture and torn apholstry strewn about the living room. After killing the mother of his child, Bobby then spent several hours attempting to destroy the evidence of the crime scene by using bleach and other cleaning materials. Bobby then burried the body approximately 30 miles away, leaving his infant son alone in the murder scene where he remained for nearly 2 full days. There are few cases more deserving of the death penalty.

I also believe he deserves the death penalty for such a heinous crime. But, I honestly think he will live longer on death row than he would in the general population due to fact that he’s an ex-cop and a child killer. What goes around comes around! Either way justice will be served.

a black cop murders a woman, white woman, pregnant and near term. cutts violated humanity and society on multiple levels. he should have gotten the chair, allowed for one appeal and if rejected then expediantly put to death.

now this scum gets 57 years. at a cost of $37,000 to hold him per year. that’s a total cost of$2,109,000.00.

i propose that is too expensive to support this murderer by the people of ohio. ohio is strapped for jobs, the economy is weak, but you are willing to keep this guy alive for the terrible things he has done.

This smacks of the same crap OJ Simpson pulled — I don’t care what ANYONE says — this does have something to do with RACE and ANGER — (No WHITE woman is going to BELITTLE ME in MY HOME) — a black man with a blonde — AGAIN — Don’t tell me this has nothing to do with race and intimate relations — black culture and white culture (in general) are DIFFERENT — NONE BETTER THAN THE OTHER NECESSARILY — BUT DIFFERENT. Why wasn’t Cutts with a BLACK WOMAN? THere is some frustration there — he NEVER MARRIED THIS WHITE WOMAN (but had SEX with her USED her and had CHILDREN WITH HER — WHAT THE HELL??? No Respect there - no woman has a man’s kids and doesn’t want to be married — that’s already a COMMITMENT). Also — why did Cutt’s (allegedly) have a MY SPACE PROFILE?? Flirting in Cyberspace — what an A-hole — something’s not right there.

If a man won’t marry you when you are pregnant - RUN — don’t say maybe — BAIL — because it’s only going to get worse from there — there is NO excuse. Trust me.
