An anonymous tip led police to a 46-year-old paraplegic man who now stands accused of using an online social networking site to advertise his erotic massages.
According to the tipster, Shae Howard Silver was allegedly placing ads on the craigslist Web site, promoting himself as a self-taught part-time masseur for bisexual or married men, police said.
