Hard Work and MySpace
‘How did you catch me?’ Hard work and MySpace:
If you’ve been following any kind of crime news (or CrimeNe.ws, pluggy pluggy) you’ve heard about the three Delaware State students who were gunned down in a Newark, NJ schoolyard.
This article is a great story about how Newark Detective Rasheen Peppers did not rest until suspect Rodolfo Godinez was captured and how he used MySpace to do it.
I would do a great injustice to the story if I attempted to recap it so please read the entire article.
My hat is off to Detective Peppers and all other law enforcement agents who helped capture Godinez.

Detective Rasheen Peppers is my nephew, my little sister’s son. Needless to say our family is pround of him. Not just because of his skills but his determination to give those young people justice.
On Sunday, the Creative Spirits of the State of New Jersey Ministery of Justice Committee will give a special salute to Det. Peppers when we present “In Pursuit of Justice” featuring the Ida B. Wells story in honor of Women’s Month on Sunday March 16th, 3pm at Trinity Temple 7th. Adventist Church located at 35-37 Hillside Ave Newark. Donations are $20.00. Please join us.

Thanks for your comment.
I wish I was still living in Jersey so I could attend.
