Athens teen arrested for threatening cops on MySpace page:
19-year-old Robert Bradley Tanksley of Athens, Alabama was arrested for threatening his local police department.
Robert Bradley Tanksley admitted to posting the phrase, “Kill an Athens Cop today … There Bas*****” on his MySpace page online, police said.
After his arrest, Tanksley told police he was angry with them for impounding his vehicle Aug. 18 when cited for driving with a suspended license. Tanksley was also cited for reckless driving and having an improper car tag.
