Trial date set for Ashton Glover’s murder

by Trench on September 11th, 2007

Murder trial set for Oct. 2:
A lot of people have been asking me when Matt McCombs and Sean would be going on trial for the murder of 16-year-old Ashton Glover. I originally heard that it was going to be the first week in October. That is still true but now we have a specific date. It is going to start on October 2nd. Here’s hoping that justice is served with extreme prejudice.

I’m really happy you are keeping this site updated. I have been wondering for months what was going on with the trial. And knowing that finally a date is set, gives me a little more hope in justice being served. I saw her the night she died, and it’s hard to think that my last words to her were just, “See ya at school.” She was one of the greatest people i have ever met, and I hope they get maximum sentence, because they took away someone amazing, someone who might have changed the world. I know she changed my life. And I miss her more everyday.

I never had the honor to know Ashton but I feel such sorrow and horror over her completely untimely death. The world is now missing one more good person. May her death not be in vain.
