MySpace Message Tips Parents Off To Child’s Secret Meeting:
18-year-old Frank Kelley of Millville, New Jersey was arrested after using MySpace to set up a meeting with a 12-year-old girl.
The unnamed victim’s parents told police they found their child with Frank Kelley at Mulligan Field — a local recreation park located in the north end of the Villas section of Lower Township, Cape May County — after finding messages between the two on a computer.
The article doesn’t state what happened at the meeting but Kelley was charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

What 12yr.old is considered a woman?
I wonder what her page looks like? I know kids that are 12-13 and they put on their page that they are 21,etc..and then attach racy photos. It’s good that the parents were checking, but I say MySpace is NO place for 12yr.olds.
IMO this speaks volumes about the maturity level of the 18yr.old…like so many others his age…might be 18 but def. not mature enough emotionally….. to go after a 12yr. old??

2 Factors…the human brain isn’t fully developed until 25 really (think of how many stupid things you did when you were 21). Turning 18 Doesn’t automatically improve your decision making skills. It doesn’t make you an adult…it just makes you able to be prosecuted as one.
Second factor…12 year old girls saying they’re 16 and putting up pictures to prove just how “mature” they are.

Frank Kelly is messed up in the head . For real . He hasn’t just talked to that one 12 year old on myspace . He’s sick . Even if the girl said she was 16 on myspace that still is just not right .

Some people are just plain out, messed up in the head, literally. Guys are too horney to even think straight over half the time, and girls just want sex. All this world has come to, is sex and murder. Basically, if we can’t do something to take care of the stupid shit that goes on, the world will end on things like this. People need to get their act together, seriously.

Well, David… I know the 18 year old, sadley. I know what he’s about, and I want him to stay there. If he stays there, then he’s away from everyone else that can cause them problems. If only you’d know… Luckily, Amber is one of my best friends, and knows about this kid, and understands what I’m talking about.

Sara’s right. I still believe in everything I said before. David, I admit there are plenty of skanks out there that post plenty of revealing pics and things but some girls are nice, and vulnerable. They actually believe the guy has some decency then he turns out to be some wacked out freak. Now is that her fault?
