MySpace Rape Case:
30-year-old Eric Maloney of Rochester, New York is under arrest on rape charges. According to New York State Police Maloney met a 15-year-old girl on MySpace then raped her.
One of the comments on his MySpace reads something like “I heard you were missing from work”. That will happen when in you’re in jail.
