Students Expelled For MySpace Photos May File Lawsuit:
The other day I posted a story about five students from Belleville High School in Belleville, Michigan that were expelled for posting pictures of them on MySpace posing with guns, drugs and money. Those students are now considering a lawsuit against the school.
The lawyer of four Belleville High School students who were expelled after photos of them posing with what appeared to be guns, drugs and piles of cash appeared on online will be filing a lawsuit against the school.
In a press conference on Friday, the student’s attorney, Cliff Woodwards said he will file a lawsuit on Monday against the school for reinstatement of the students and damages of $1 million dollars to each student.
The students said the pictures were taken “off school grounds” and the guns were fake. The pictures were intended to be for a rap CD they made for MySpace.com.
So I guess the drugs were real then?
Let’s throw in the “Not My Kid” syndrome…
Parents of the students said they are good kids and all of them have at least a C + grade average.
My kids are good kids too but if I ever found out they were posting picture of themselves with guns and drugs, real or not, on MySpace they would no longer be in MySpace.
Let’s throw in the race card while we’re at it…
The parents added that they believe the expulsion was racially motivated because only 12 percent of the Belleville students are African American.
I don’t care what color you are. Your kids acted like idiots and should take responsibility for their actions instead of trying to collect a quick payday.

Oh, where to begin?
Where the fuck do you get $1 million dollars in damages from? Jesus Christ, some people are messed up.
Also, C+ average? Erm, have things changed much since I was in high school? Because that doesn’t seem like something to be bragging about.
The race thing is too bogus/ridiculous to even comment on.
Yeah, they’re definitely just trying to cash in. I guess cashing in on stupidity is the new American Dream.

Yet another reason why people are afraid of the black culture. Not only do blacks allienate themselves from the rest of the American culture, but they promote racism without knowing it. People are waking up to the fact that young blacks are in trouble. Of course Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton say that “there is nothing wrong with our youth. All accusations are racially motivated.” Black youths need guidance and role models, not protection, understanding and acceptance for their delinquent behaviors. Our public schools are a mess because of the ghetto culture. All of the good kids are starting to go to private schools now. I feel sorry for the the few black youth that are good kids and have to put up with this. They are fighting a daily battle to be good or “act white” as the pseudo-ghetto kids say.

They are going for 1 million dollars, EACH, because no school in the area will take them. They are claiming they can’t get a public education that’s been promised. Too damn bad. I can’t believe the parents are more concerned about their kids getting expelled, than the REASON! Your kids have drugs and guns, think it’s COOL, and you don’t give a shit? THIS is the problem with society.
Perhaps the parents should home school their kids. BWAHAHAHAHAHAH - like that would happen.

As a Black man I believe the problem is that those in charge of the school or within the community have no idea the damages racism, started by whites, has on the minorities it has been inflicted upon. If one understood or tried to understand Black culture he/she would know those pictures are part of what sells Rap albums, like violence has kept Jerry Springer on TV for the last decade. Most Rap artists today rap about Black life in America for todays youth and Im sure these young men are no different. Guns and drugs do make money and Black folks aren’t the ones bringing it here,so to white America I say this, “You’ve made your bed now sleep in it!” Those young men did’nt threaten anybody and are Great students with thier C+ average learning from those racist textbooks all american schools provide. Manifest Destiny, Annexation, and the rest of the bullshit words used to describe lazy, greedy, racist America should be shamed. History dictates future and now that its here you cant deal. Let them back in school or pay up for the aggrevation.

Holy fucking shit. Dear Americans. You are fucked up. :’D This has nothing to do with racial issues, it’s gotta do with kids bringing drugs, guns and large wads of cash onto a school provided service and spreading that fact around. And good on other schools for not wanting to take them on. Would you want to let someone who’d been seen with drugs and guns into your house or institution? Maybe they should, y’know, grow up and move somewhere else if it’s so much of a problem? And if the parents are gunna be all BAWWWWWWW Racially Motivated(tm) then they need to have a look at themselves before looking at their kids. If it’d been a white kid, it would have happened the same bloody way.

Woah, there’s racism in our history books! Deal with it. Slavery happened. You can’t change history. If you can, then just shut the hell up and change it already. But remember that that might make it so YOU don’t exist now.
The kids broke the rules, and they got punished. Let it go. They got what they deserve. It has nothing to do with racism, although they’re being dumbasses by acting like “gangstas” and they probably made “gangstas”/black people look WORSE than they are.
These kids probably don’t even care about going back to school. They just want money so they can get more hoes and drugs and guns. If they care so fucking much about school, they can move the fuck away to some “cool” city like L.A. or Miami, where all the “cool” gangstas are.
Their parents are really fucking retarded, not caring that their kids had fucking guns and drugs, fake or not, it doesn’t matter. “Oh, it’s just for a CD.” Sir, your son is acting like a fucking gangster. You know what gangsters do? Kill people, rape people, steal from people, shit like that. If you’re not responsible enough to take care of that piece of shit you call your kid, you and him and any of your other children don’t need to fucking reproduce. Ever.
