Belleville High student re-expelled

One of the students that was expelled from Bellville High School in Michigan for posting on MySpace with guns and drugs has been re-expelled. The school was forced to reinstate the students according to a judges order. However after a lengthy public hearing one of the students has been expelled once again. The article states that the other students were not considered for re-expulsion as of yet was because the hearing lasted too long, well into the 1am hour.
