KS teen in custody over Facebook threat

Teen Questioned About Facebook Comments:
A 15-year-old student from Tonganoxie, Kansas was pulled from class and taken into police custody over an alleged threat he posted on MySpace. The threat stated he hated school and planned to kill several people. He used the joke defense and it must have worked because police let him go and he deleted the message.

However the story doesn’t end there. When he returned to school he allegedly told a girl that she’s be the first one killed.
