i love all the rumors that went around bout jim. none of them r true. BELVIDERE | A former Belvidere man who allegedly plotted a military-style attack on Belvidere High School was back behind bars Tuesday for failing to pay his fines on unrelated convictions, police said.
James M. Shipps, 22, now of South Main Street, Bangor, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for an alleged speeding violation Monday night.
The Monday night traffic stop involving Shipps also led to the discovery of suspected marijuana, a glass pipe, a digital scale and two 12-packs of Miller Lite beer, police said.
The driver, 27-year-old Corey Pramik of Schnecksville, Pa., is charged with speeding, failure to exhibit a vehicle insurance card, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.
The charges against another occupant, 24-year-old Michael C. Schadler of Whitehall Township, include possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
Police did not charge a 17-year-old girl in the vehicle and released her to her parents
