Fugitive spotted at Louisville
Fugitive spotted on UofL main campus:
Police at the University of Louisville are telling people to be on the look out for one David P. Wheatley.
David P. Wheatley, 41, who is known to claim he is a former Marine or law-enforcement officer, has been spotted at the Ekstrom Library in the late evenings, according to the alert from the U of L Police Department. He is charged with sex crimes against a young girl.
Last week, Wheatley’s case was featured on the Web site for the FOX TV show “America’s Most Wanted.”
Wheatley, who is wanted by U.S. marshals and Louisville Metro Police, is described as a black man who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Wheatley uses public libraries to access his MySpace. The link I posted has plenty of pictures of him.
