The MySpace of alleged school shotting plotter

by Trench on April 5th, 2008

13-year-old Austin Mohr was arrested for plotting an attack against Deland Middle School in Florida.

Considering his MySpace is adorned with tributes to Columbine killers Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold I don’t doubt he would have carried it out.

I didn’t even get a chance to read the details of the alleged plan but this kid has SERIOUS ISSUES. So freaking troubling is this kid’s misplaced love for two guys who were just as fucked up as he is. And the chronic misspelling just irks me….

One of the creepiest things about this is not completely the plans themselves but that, even nearly 9 years after the fact, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold are still haunting this nation.

But, like most other problems in this country, the cultural causes are ignored because it would be wrong to challenge our corrupt liberalism.

Vig I agree with you entirely. Plus, I’ve asked it time and time again, where are his parents???

Wow…”disturbing” doesn’t even begen to describe this kid’s MS, and I agree that he def would’ve carried out the attack if he’d had the chance.

Honestly I feel bad for a kid that has that many problems. That doesn’t mean I think he should be let off the hook. We’re all responsible for our own actions and he’s responsible for his. I just wonder how much pain he might have been in to even consider this sort of thing an option. I don’t know much about the story though of course, so there’s not much I can say. I understand how alienated kids who dream of vengeance might consider those two boys heroes, I really can, though all I see are misguided youths who never learned how to cope with things correctly. We’ve all wanted to “Get back” at people who’ve hurt us. These boys have gone about it the wrong way, and punishment -does- need to be severe, but that doesn’t mean one can’t have a small sense of sorrow over youth wasted.

That’s what I asked Nancy. :( I feel sad that once again, parents don’t seem to know what their kids are doing.
