Sheriff wants beating teens tried as adults

Teens In Taped Beating Could Be Charged As Adults:
Speaking of Sheriff Grady Judd he wants all 8 suspects in the beating of Victoria Lindsay tried as adults.

Whether or not that actually happens I guess we won’t hear about it since a gag order has been issued.

I think they should be tried as adults.
I was jumped by a bunch of bitches in highschool too.I put up a fight though and you had better believe I kicked their asses one at a time whenever I saw one of them somewhere they weren’t so tough when they were alone.6 on 1 is not fair…to me that’s a bunch of chicken shit to have to gang up on someone.makes me wish this chick had a ninja big sister to go kick their asses.And the two little pussywhipped fuckwits(the look outs) who sat on the porch and did nothing while this girl was brutally beaten I hope they have a terrible time in jail and become the wost well endowed prisoner’s personal glory hole.
personally ,I think this all happened out of jealousy she wasn’t a frankenstein looking Jenny craig drop out so they were all jealous of her.That’s usually the case in catfights.

They should all go to jail. I watched the video and it was brutal. Maybe she said something about a couple people, WELCOME TO HIGH SCHOOL, get over it. There is no defense for what they did.

Send these punk ass pack bitches to jail, let them goto General Population, they wont last 30 minutes in the hands of those women. Teach them a great lesson, and eye for an eye is needed here.

This really hurts me deeply. It is akin to the murder of my brother last year by three punks, one of which was his nephew. They caught him on the phone and attacked him with a bat-like stick, he was unaware, he didn’t stand a chance. They beat him into a stupor. They stabbed my brother repeatedly after beating him & kicking him, they slit his throat then beat him in the side of his head until the side of his face caved in, then they pissed on him. One boy was 16, the others 17 & 20 at the time.
These little punks deserve to die for what they did. They buried him in the edge of the grove in a shallow grave and for 4 1/2 months we suffered wondering if we’d find his body because we knew he was dead. He would never go more than a few days without contacting us.
In some cases neglect makes a child hardened but not in all cases. When a kid reaches a certain age they know right from wrong and we can only hope their conscience won’t let them take it as far as these boys did.
I hope these kids get a stiff sentence. It hurts to see this because of what happened to my brother, I hope the girl is okay.
The trial for my brothers killers hasn’t taken place yet, we’re still trying to get the third suspect from Canada. They kept the third suspect out of the papers until they caught him.
He has a virtual memorial, if anyone is interested. Please go look and sign his guestbook. We’re all still having a really hard time dealing with this and it would mean alot to me and my family.

I cant believe the one parents responce of the girl that was doing the most of the beating. No wonder her daughter was the ring leader. If my child did this to another human I would be in jail for kicking my own childs Ass. No one desirves to be gang beat like this if she wanted to fight her it should have been one on one and let the other girl have a fair chance. The true winner of this out come was the girl that was getting beat not once did i see her strike back. All of these kids want to act all big and bad they all need to be tried as adults. When you can sit back and be involved with something like this you need to be punished for your actions. No child makes a decission to hurt some one like this only non hearted animales beat there prey and get a thrill out of it. You can hear on the video that not one person said stop or that is enough. They wanted to kill her just over something they read on a Freaking My space. I hope all you parents are verry proud of your Young Adults for there actions on another defensive person. And for the parents of the girl that got beat you should be very proud of your daughter she is a very stong young lady and she will recover and be stronger than ever.

It was reported the victim FIRST posted something about one or more of the girls which led up to this ambush and beating. That first posting by the victim should be aired as well, for a more clear understanding of the emotional and psychological atmosphere in this instance.

send them to jail. its worth it to set an example for other teens/kids thinking of ever committing crimes.
