No remorse on Bebo for drunk driving deaths
Fury at death-driver Bebo bravado:
18-year-old Christopher McGinn of England was sentenced to 4 years for killing two people while driving under the influence.
He claimed in court that he was sorry for his actions but his Bebo profile told another tale.
In a message to his friends, McGinn writes he will be heading away for a while but “it’s not something I will want to fight”, adding, “I’ll miss you all but I’ll be back and I’m not changing”.
The profile also contains a “joyriders’ prayer” including the lines: “Lead us not into checkpoints but deliver us from traffic branch and speed traps.”
Not surprisingly the victims’ families are rather upset over this since the judge took his ‘remorse’ into sentencing.
