Teen busted for posting nude pic of ex
Teen charged with posting ex-girlfriend’s nude photo on MySpace:
18-year-old Franklin Lee Hocker of Cheyenne, Wyoming has been arrested for posting nude photos of his ex-girlfriend on MySpace. The crime wasn’t for the nude photo itself but for the fact that he hacked his ex’s MySpace and posted it there. Hocker has been charged with with modifying computer data which as it turns out is a felony.
I bet he didn’t see that one coming. Again people, nothing is ever private on the internet and once a picture is posted it never goes away.
