More charges added to Va. predator
More charges for man who used MySpace to meet teen:
I originally posted about Brandon Noah Smith here. He’s the man from Virginia who was caught with a 14-year-old boy in his car that he allegedly met over MySpace to have sex.
He was originally charged with taking indecent liberties with a child. A grand jury recently tacked on charges of using electronic means for procuring minors for obscene activities, attempted crimes against nature and taking an obscene picture.
The trial is scheduled to start in late September.

I really wish they’d call “crimes against nature” something else. As it is, it sounds vaguely religious, and its meaning isn’t as obvious as it should be.
