Police target 200 children in ‘Bebo’ swoop:
Police in Scotland have completed a sweep of nearly 200 underage suspects who on their Bebo profiles glorified gang violence, alcohol, and drug use. Several actual arrests were made, most for violating probation but at least one assault suspect was arrested.
I think the following quote sums up part of the problem rather well…
Central Scotland Police said parents were “shocked and horrified” when officers revealed what their children had been up to.
Isn’t that always the case.
If you don’t check your children’s internet behavior the police might do it for you.
