UK man sentenced for oral sex with a minor
Oral sex after MySpace chat:
21-year-old Ashley Wood (male) of England was sentenced to 3 years probation and his name placed on the sex offenders registry for messing around with a then 13-year-old girl after meeting her on MySpace.
Prosecutor David Chrimes said Wood, then aged 20, drove to a secluded place where sexual activity took place.
The girl gave him oral sex and he sexually touched her.
Again, where were this girl’s parents?
Anyway Wood took his punishment like a man pleading guilty to having sexual activity with a child but still tired using the ’she said she was 17′ defense.
William Manley, defending, said the girl had said she was 17 when she was on the social networking website MySpace.
But Mr Manley added: “There are no excuses and no justification. Mr Wood recognises what he had done was wrong and criminal.
Previously Wood had no criminal record.
This is what thinking with the little head can get you. Guys in your late teens early 20’s, you may want to start checking IDs.

I agree, there is no reason why, if in doubt, that a guy shouldn’t ask for an I.D.

Sara, my girlfriend falls “out of the mood” if I even LOOK at her wrong…never mind saying something stupid at the last minute :)
“Excuse me, may I please see some ID” would probably qualify as one of those deal-breakers :)

But you know, you gotta be careful. Everyone has a fake ID nowadays. If she looks young, don’t sleep with her!!

i know ashley wood, hes a decent lad. he obviously knows hes done wrong but tht girl aint so innocent herself, sex is a 2 way street unless its rape which it wasn’t. yes it is hard knowing the age difference in what girls say n what there actual age is. Teenagers nowadays are starting so young to experiment, its wrong and should be told to stop tryin to grow up so quick n enjoy there childhood.
Everybody has there own opinion on the matter, but i still think that the young girl had some idea of lying about her age and where it might lead!!
