More charges for baby launcher
More Charges In You Tube “Flying Baby” Case:
According to this confusing article more charges are being filed against the kid who posted the baby launching video to YouTube. The article states the new charge is for ‘allowing his 16-year-old friend to see the violence by encouraging him to videotape it.’ I’m pretty sure that’s not the correct legal term.
Also the article claims there is another baby launching video floating around but it doesn’t specify if it’s from this suspect or someone else.
The welfare of the baby is still unknown but police did recommend to the parents to have the baby checked out.
