Texas Search in Brooke Bennett Murder:
Federal Agents in Texas are scouring a landfill looking for the computer of Ray Gagnon. As you know Ray Gagnon is the former stepfather of Brooke Bennett and a possible accomplice in her disappearance. before his arrest he instructed his roommate to dispose of a computer that allegedly contained child porn.
I wonder if it also holds any evidence of Brooke’s disappearance or murder.

I think the PC contains individual photos/vids of both girls. There may be other girls on there as well or even local teen/Juvenile 1 stuff that they were taping secretly and then producing. It may contain some correspondence of the killing.
I wonder why the police do not have affadavit info. with emails between Gagnon/Jacques from emails off of Jacques computer. If they did maybe it is in a sealed affadavit.

Gagnon was apparently in Texas on the night of June 25th… and if I remember correctly, he flew to Alabama (where a neighbor said that they saw him taking computers into the house he owns there) on the 26th and then to Vermont on the 27th. It’s quite possible that any of Gagnon’s apparently numerous computers contain evidence regarding Brooke’s disappearance in addition to the apparent vast child porn collection he was ammassing.

Did they ever find MJ’s computer hard drive to his desktop? I remember he lied and said it was being repaired, is it with Gagnon’s safe?

er… total speculation, but thinking about how his mind kind of works… it was probably disposed of somewhere they’ll never find it (except by pure chance) or burned.

Tony- your saying right after the killing he got rid of the entire drive? I wasn’t thinking that, your right. Why would he ship it off to Gagnon and risk incriminiation?…I wasn’t thinking..it was around 0430 my time…needed sleep.

I know of someone who was molesting a child, now 12, from the time she was 7. The bastard got a plea bargain, 5 months in jail and probation when he gets out (this only last week from the Windsor District Court here in Vermont. There is a second child he also molested who never came forward and is now 18 years old. Both were family members. In light of the Bennett matter, how can you molest kids for 5 years and get a 150 day sentence? something wrong here.
