Man who met teen boy on MySpace faces indecent liberties charges:
26-year-old Brandon Noah Smith of Chesapeake, Virginia was arrested on charges of taking indecent liberties with a child.
It seems he was caught driving in Suffolk, VA. with a 14-year-old boy that he allegedly had met over MySpace for the purpose of sex.

You may remember the story about James Wamsley. He’s the 17-year-old who was convicted of raping an infant. He was sentenced as an adult to no less than 13-years behind bars.
The sentence includes “aggravating factors” which could put the teen away for life.
